[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid Mumbai — URGENT Request: Change Talktime Plan from CUG 199 to Enterprise Advantage 150 for mobile no [protected]

HELLO,

THE REQUEST FOR PLAN CHANGE WAS GIVEN ON 10-NOV. WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED TILL DATE?? BILLING CYCLE STARTED ON 18-NOV. THIS WAS ALSO CONFIRMED BY SMS ON 12-NOV THAT IT WILL BE CHANGED AS PER BILLING CYCLE. HAD MADE 10 CALLS TILL DATE AND WAS GIVEN VARIOUS MISGUIDING INFORMATION LIKE "IT WILL CHANGED BY 21-NOV",IT WILL BE CHANGED ONLY ON 18-DEC AS REQUEST WAS RECEIVED ON 18-NOV", ETC.

THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE AS YOU ALL ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DELAY. THIS SHOWS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO SENSE O[censored]RGENCY. PLEASE RESOLVE IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I AM READY TO ESCALATE TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL.
