Date :[protected] Sir / Madam, I am a vodafone prepaid mobile customer staying at Ahmedabad, My Mobile No. is : [protected] ( Name : Dineshkumar M Kalal ) I used to debit my prepaid account for Rs. 2/- to Rs. 5/- as per unknown charges After discussing with Ms. Nikita Vodafone Customer Care No.198 on 29.03.2012. she said me that you should inquiry first on 111 (which chargeable service) then after you can complaint for same. I want to balance back which debited by as unknown charges disturb me and also reduces my mobile balance. Please do the needful at your earliest and oblige. Hoping kind co-operation from you.
