[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — Balance deduction

My Prepaid No. is [protected].Vodafone has changed it's plan of Combopack without giving me information about change of plan through SMS.Becoz of that my Balance of Rs300 Has been deducted.When i called the coustomer care about thay they are not giving proper resonse, the way of talking is so cheap.I called at 19:45 on16/01/2008 with Deepsikha & Rohit(Seniot Executive).my Complain ID is[protected].

Hello Rajnair,

Please be informed that [protected]@126 was activated on your number on January 23, 2013, 06:34:53 AM but the surfing was initiated on the same day from 01:46:51 till 07:23:40.0 which was charged at 10p/10kb i.e. Rs.48.70/- are correct and as per usage. Hence we cannot process adjustment for the same. We hope this info helps.

Vodafone — worst service and balance deduction and many more

am Swathi and i am using vodafone network and the vodafone service is so worst that it deducts the money when ever they want when we call to the customer care dept they say that it will be refunded in 24hrs but that never happen to me and more over when we ask the agent or agent himself transfer the call to his supervisor they make us stand on hold for atleast 1hr and then disconects the call this is a waste and worse service provider int the telecom industry waste service un-necessarily deducts the money and never refunds it where as in Airtel they refunds it imediately

I HAVE VODAPHONE PREPAID CONNECTION ( [protected]).
YESTERDAY I REQUEST BY SMS TO DEACTIVE AND THEN ACTIVE 34O SMS FOR ONE MONTH SCHEME, OUR SMS SAYS THAN TRY AFTER 24 HOURS. THEN TODAY I REQUESTED TWICE.( AS IT WAS NOT RESPONDING SINCE 24 HOURS ) YOUR SMS SAYS THAI REQUEST IS RECEIVED. THEN THEY GAVE 768 SMS OF RUPEES 68. THIS NOT RIGHT. I WANT A SCHEME OF 340 SMS PER MONTH . ( I AM USING SINCE LONG ) KINDLY CANCELL 340 SMS ( I WILL USE 340 SMS) AND GIVE BE BACK MY MONEY OF RUPEESS 34/-. GIVE CRDEDIT AS CASH TO MY MOBILE.
I am ASHISH MITTAL .I am using vodafone prepaid services.My prepaid mobile number is [protected].Every month i got a unfair balance deduction from my number.Last to last month i lost 60 rs then i visited to vodafone care sector 18 noida. He said that you have activated two services through internet on your mobile..But i didnt activate any services.Again in this month on 1 oct. early morning i got two msgs from vodafone regarding the two activation of services of cost Rs99 and Rs50.Then immediately i call to customer care then said to call in morning . In morning i call there then one customer care executive given me a one reference number [protected] and said that we will return your balance as soon as possible. Even i got one sms regarding that"we will respond to your query by Thursday 4 0ct 12 ,9:56". After two , three days i again called there then they said there is a problem in our server we will return ur balance as early.This happened with me two three times.But they didnt return my balance.Today again i call to customer care then they said we cant return ur balance because you have activated those two services through internet on your mobile.but i didnt activate any services.So every month i m suffering from this problem.So, its my request to return my balance as soon as possible.

2) Last mode of recharge: From shop he recharged my number through his mobile
3) Validity of your Vodafone account: 21 march 2017

I had recharged the above mentioned mobile no. with 126 to activate GPRS in my mobile. I received a confirmation message from Vodafone at
6:35 am showing: YOUR DATA PACK IS ACTIVE NOW. VALID UPTO 22.02.2013 00:00:00 AND BALANCE: 1024.00 MB FREE. THEREAFTER 10P/10KB WILL BE CHARGED.

Then I confirmed the Internet Usage Allowance from *111*6# and it shown Usage allowance of 1024 mb. after confirming the same i used internet surfing at 7:30am . But the usage was deducted from my main account and an amount of Rs. 48.70 was deducted and a message was received showing your balance is now 0.00 please recharge your account.

I called customer care but they told me that the your last balance is not updated so call after some time.
again i called the customer care. this time i was told that the balance is deducted because my data pack was may be in under process and the balance can not be reversed.

Then I received a message from Vodafone at 8:11 am showing HELLO ! YOUR BALANCE IS RS. -5. RECHARGE IMMEDIATELY AND KEEP MAKING ALL OUTGOING CALLS.

Its not a matter of 50 Rs. by it is an example how the customers are been cheated !
So I request that the whole matter should be taken seriously and my wrongly deducted balance may be please reversed at earliest.
