Iam your old customer. My vodafone cell number is [protected]. Actually, my customer care number is not working from your side, since one month over till now. Because I was calling to customer care but the problem is from your side, your executives are attending the calls, but they are not talking to the customer, I have tried 3/4 times but forth time they have answerd. They have told due to network problem they didn't here any voice, that's why the problem came to you sir. sorry for the inconvience. In the mean while when I was trying second day I can't able to contact to customer care, because in one day if we are calling three times you are disconnecting the 111 service.
So, therefore I request you to start my 111 customer care, immediately, so that I can contact to you, if I am getting any problem.
I kindly request you, to do this needful as soon as possible.
