Vodafone 2G internet speed is very very slow

Hello, sir my name is Gaju Basumatary from Assam.I have recharge my Vodafone account with 199 2G unlimited pack on 13 Feb 2014.After 2GB usage the speed become very very slow even can not browse a site properly.Please sir kindly help me.
