sir i have made online recaharge of 222 on 27/5/10 for mobile no [protected] .the recharge was not done. i have made another recharge on the same no for rs 222 again it was not done .this recharge transaction no isMCIT[protected].PLEASE CREDIT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT .i would also like to tell you that yourcustomer service is not good at all .they are definately not happy to help.i wonder why i have taken vodafone prepaid Was this information helpful? | |||

vodafone pre paid — pre paid recharge
iam not happy with the service. I have had a prob with the recharge whn doing from icici bank acc BUT MONEY IS NOT GETTING MY ACC RECHARGED. RECHARGE HAPPENS ON ALTERNATE ATTEMPTS.case[protected]. whn called 2day to vodafone and thn dave recieved a rude bad and unexpected un ethical behaviour from supervisors too.rahit sup put me on hold for 20 min and disconnected. Ranjit transferd me to another sup 2ed time i called sukhvinder sup came up and was not even wanting to talk so after telling him the issue he put me on mute and no response.till now issue pending.i do`t think your cust deserves this behaviour from u >>>vodafone/prepaid — not recharge

I had made online recharge of Rs. 120/- dt. 21/04/2013 in my cell no. [protected] & my order ID MSPD[protected] but the recharge was not done.
I had made an another recharge on the same no. of Rs.120/- again it was not done. I have not received that transaction no & balance deducted from my bank a/c.When I called your customer care executive, he told me that I have to go to videophone outlet for getting balance in my cell no. I do'nt think that If I have recharged online, why should I to go to your outlet.PLEASE CREDIT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT .I would also like to tell you that your customer service is not good at all .they do'nt want to help customer.

Vodafone /Prepaid — Recharging
Hi,I am M.Ramesh { No:[protected]} Transaction ID No:KKO75339507I recharged for Rs99/- Talktime with a prepaid validity offer for One Year.After recharge with a agent /Retailer ,i was surprised to find that the value of talktime is shown as Rs 10/- .On clarification from agent that Rs90/- is validity for one month .When validity is there for one year ,how is that the software /system is accepting validity charge of Rs90/-
In case the ther was a mistake in Tariff plan then the mistake can be rectified either by refund if prepaid or recharging for Rs90/- charge time.
Customare care no 111 is a lousy no that never works.
It is not a question of money ,but it is the system and ethics of Business of Telecom gaint to repond to small customer .
After Vodafone is existing because of customers like us.
I need an explanation from a responsible person please
