Vodafone Prepaid Recharge — Giving less talk value on Recharge | |
Dear Sir, I had recharge my Vodafone Mobile No. [protected] with Rs. 225/- vide transaction ID MH[protected] on 14.01.2010 . I done my recharge on a shop in Pune & i was told to get full talk time by customer care if vodafone on its no. 111. After recharge i could get only Rs.113.74 for paying Rs.225/- to the Vodafone. I want to know that what is the logic for paying 50% amount while i was expecting full talk time. Kindly do the necessary. on 19/05/2010 I (sunilmalik) recharged my vodafone mob. [protected] with Rs 50 through icici instant mob.recharge via oxigen.But recharge amm have not credited in my mob a/c till now.
you are requesred to check out &cr in my mob a/c earliest.

Vodafone — Prepaid recharge- less talk time.
I recharged with rs194 on[protected]. Was supposed to get rs.100 talktime as stated by vodafone website and dealer, but got only rs.50. I called customer care and they told me that they can change the offer at any time and i will not get remaining rs.50.Lets start filing cases against vodafone in consumer courts.
