[Resolved]  Vodafone Punjab — Rude Behaviour of QA with Agent

Hello Sir,

I'M employee of "Intelenet Global Services Private Limited, Mohali" as CSA... It's a Vodafone- Punjab Prepaid Inbound process... Sir, every thing is going well on floor... But some of my team members are facing concern with “Mr.Munish (Q.A., Punjab Prepaid Inbound Process)”... because most of the agents are not satisfied with his rude behaviour ... Everybody knows that the job of QA is to give the feedback of call to agent and also to share the call of agent with him... But, when an executive ask him to listen his call to know about the concern in call, then the person (QA) behaves rudely with that agent, , , which is not the part of his job. In the other side the way of feedback is also not satisfactory.

So, sir please do needful and take necessary action against him.
