Dear Sir / Madam, I lost a vodafone sim and got replacement sim on 26.11.2009 from Vodafone show room at TTK Road, Chennai but still now the sim is not yet activated and it always displays simcard registration failed, so please do rectify the problem at the earliest without any delay.The number is [protected] and the sim number is[protected], whenever i try speaking to the customer care executive to collect information about the dealer telephone number to contact them. Vodafone SIM Card — sim registration
I am very very unhappy with the vodafone service. Firstly my sim card that which i've been using past 3 years is deactivated for some document submission. Then it takes about a month for it to get activated and my previous account balance and tariff is lost.This is fine, but then again my number is deactivated for non submission of documents.and my account balance is made zero.
