My mobile no [protected] vodafone service, in last weak near about Rs:400/ didacted in my account.I con"t use my mobile in long duretion, wrongly dedacted from your side. so kindly chech properly and refound my amount my same mobile nomber.

Vodafone — About Customer Care services

1. Vodafone is always deducted amount without my knowledge.
2. More unwanted advertisement calls and messages.
3. Customer Care service is very very worst compare to others.
4. vodafone always gives advertisement "Happy to Help". Is this true? According to me this is "green false", unfaithfully, and cheating...

Vodafone — Wrongly deduction of Amount from Prepaid

Sir,

I am using Vodafone Mobile card since last 2-3 months, on Saturday evening i have received one service call from vodafone comapany & no. was [protected] asking for subscription for Vodaforne Bhakti Sagar Service but i wont ask for subscription for the same but i have received confirmation message form vodafone that your vodaforne bhakti sagar service has been activated on your mobile which is unexpected
& they have deducted Rs.50/- from my Vodafone Prepaid account regarding this i have asked to vodafone
customer care executive to refund Rs.50 which was wrongly deducted from my Vodaforne account but they denied for the same now what to do is question remain in my mind & for the same i want your help

Vodafone — customer services

The costumer service is not to the mark of rendering the services but it is establishing its own way of publicity rather than dealing towards the complaints. If we go for voice over interactive complaints I get a response saying "we are sorry the server is not responding" and if we call for new activations the server responds quickly how is possible to drain out the pockets of the costumers by them by allocating all unwanted and not subscribed offers to the costumers.

Vodafone — amount deducted Rs 21

RS.21 is deducted from my balance on thursday(21/10/10) early morning
at 3:19 am. ur firm has activate a internet pack service without my permission of rs.21.
same problem of deducting balance occured in last gone month september2010.
please refund my balance as soon as possibel.

it is observed on 08.11.2010 that wrongly deduction in my pre-paid balance Rs. 21/- under phone no. [protected] since 25.10.2010 continua sly. I am informed to your customer care on 08.11.2010 and also 9.11.2010 to Sri Avirup Dasgupta & SMS TO 144 ( CAN VALUE). Mr. Dasgupta said me that incident convey to your appropriate authority but till date no action has been taken to your end. kindly look into the matter and refunds my wrongly deduction in my balance Rs. 21/-

Sir Main Apne Vodafone Mobile [protected] me jab bhi paise dalta hoo tab company automatic koi bhi service Activate kar deti hai or paise cut karti hai. vapise mange per customer care wale kehte hai ki 24 ghanto me bolo phi pasie vapis milenge per 24 ghanto ke andar bhi muje mere Paise vapise nahi mile Ab main chahta hoo ki Muje mere poore 100Rs.. Chahiye nahi to Mainkoi Action loonga uske badle Vodafone ko 100 guna jyada dene hone.

they cut my money and i call ther call center and they give me refernce no. [protected] and [protected]. two times they cut my money and they told that they got 1st on 24th and 2nd on 25th but they not return back my money. now i want to contact but they are not responding me. vodafone is fake please dnt buy vodafone sim.

i am using vodaphone service ... after a recharge this campany is cutting 2 rupees a hour when i visited coustomer care they said that i am usng vodaphone live but i am not using it .... still same problem is there i cant recharge my cell becausse of this cutting of money problem....... ph no ([protected])
