[Resolved] Vodafone — uninformed deduction of money | |||
hello! its really disappointing when i inform you that vodafone has deducted rs 30 from my main balance without informing me. there was a pack which was activated on my account and had finished on 8th of april. i had not submitted any request for auto renewal. and on the top of it even after deducting the amount they did not inform me about the same and when i requested them to refund my money since i did not have any information regarding that so they said we dont refund money. this is absolutely not acceptable because of lack of information i got a new pack and was at loss with both. kindly look into the matter and help me out because of this auto renewal every month i will loose same and the company would say that its auto renewal process. and will deduct money twice for similar pack. regards apoorwa [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
