[Resolved]  Vodafone — uninformed deduction of money


its really disappointing when i inform you that vodafone has deducted rs 30 from my main balance without informing me.
there was a pack which was activated on my account and had finished on 8th of april.
i had not submitted any request for auto renewal. and on the top of it even after deducting the amount they did not inform me
about the same and when i requested them to refund my money since i did not have any information regarding that so they
said we dont refund money.
this is absolutely not acceptable because of lack of information i got a new pack and was at loss with both.

kindly look into the matter and help me out because of this auto renewal every month i will loose same and the company would say that its auto renewal process. and will deduct money twice for similar pack.

We would like to inform you that if you do not wish to renew any pack on your number, then you need to send the deactivation command for the same. If you wish to deactivate a pack, then kindly send DACT SMS30 to 144 (Toll Free).
