1. Dockets:[protected],[protected], [protected] 2. In-spite of so many mails to you highlighting the highhandedness of 198 staff, you seem to be not interested to look into it 3. As said before call-ref.No. of calls made to complain about your bad services are not given and as said before they are also brutally rejected. 4. On 11/12/12 09.47Pm I attempted to register a complaint via 198, and Mr.Ramakrishnan who attended, not only refused my charge but also refused to give the call-Ref.No. even after several insistence. 5. And said he has to consult his supervisor and superiors to do this simple job. DISGUSTING AND DEPLORABLE. Was this information helpful? | |||

this complaint still persists and will be there until Vodafone runs busineess... even yesterday my complaint was rejected brutally. no sigan points were seen in cell hence no voice of caller heard...?
