I AM HAVE VODAFONE CONNECTION FROM LAST 4 YEARS.BUT FROM LAST 15 DAYS I AM TRYIN TO GET MY POSTPAID CONNECTION ISD ACTIVATE,BUT WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS.THERE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE JUST GIVE FALSE ASSURANCE WITHOUT ANY REAL GROUNDWORK.I AM REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THIS AATITUDE.IF THEY CANT DO THIS MUCH THEN I THINK ITS BETTER TO CHANGE MY CONNECTION.

Subject: To give information about your poor services and careless employees. (Without physical verification given wrong remarks.)

Sir ,
I want to inform you that, I have received a call by a lady employ of your company on , 14-jan-2008 at 4:00 pm on mobile no [protected] . And she told me about post pain plan , then I chose 699 RS H.R plan for me .
At evening I have taken a sim by the Surendra Singh and want to transfer the sim on my address 3/510 Vikas Nagar Lucknow ,he told me that after verification your connection will be activated . and I have done whole responsibility for the connection .
On 15-jan-2008 at the evening one boy (ASIF ) come from the Vodafone for address verification , he ask me some question and take my signature , when I ask him that when my connection will activate then he told me that I have done whole process and your connection will activated at tomorrow at 10:00 am .When next day my connection did not activate , then I visit to the Vodafone for the query on 16-jan-2008 , from their I get information that your connection can not transfer by the negative remark . And they told me that any connection can not be transfer to another Id . The whole matter of [protected] has been closed .
Then , on 17-jan-2008 I direct take a new sim which no. was [protected] form the Vodafone House . And here again chose 699 RS H.R plan for me by giving payment of Rs 599 .And submit my photo copy of the voter id card and photo for new connection . And they give me time of 24 hours .
But on 18-jan-2008 whole day I wait at my home. And nobody come for the verification.
In evening again I went to the Vodafone for the query .Why my sim is not activating? They told me , sir same negative marking has be done on your new number . But when I told them no one has went to my home for the address verification .Then they talk to the boy and he was saying that I have went to your address for verification and a lady on your house give me answer .Then I said what is the proof that you have done verification of my id you have the signature of that lady which you meet at my home, then he disconnect the phone .
After asking from the Vodafone when my connection will activate then they told me sir we will do argent verification of your id and your connection will activated on 18-jan-2008 at 10:00 pm or it will also done on morning date 19-jan-2008 at 10:00 am
After whole day waiting at my home , But no one come at my home for the verification . Then again in the evening at 5:20 pm I went the Vodafone House for the my sim activation . Then Vodafone House worker said to me that your connection can not be activate at any condition .Because verification boy told us that you abuse him and done very misbehavior .So again he will not go for verification at your home. They also told me that sir you can take a sim to other id . On that Id we can not provide you connection , then I said to them can you write on the paper “that Vodafone can not give connection on 3/510 Vikas Nagar Lucknow” then they said sorry sir we can not do that .
After very discussion they were agree for re-varification and said to me , sir tomorrow will be holiday in the verification department , so we will send our verification manager at your home for the verification , after their verification we will told you that you will be able to get Vodafone post paid connection .
1.Sir I have waste my 5 days .
2.Now I am very tiered physically and mentally.

Sir please tell me who is responsible for whole matter , me or your company ?
I hope you will take the right action .

I want to inform you that, I have im using voda phone no is [protected] last 10 months last some montha barring is very common problem for ur side my bill is on date very much clear but on ur system is not up dated on time n ur ex.says u u drop, stop ur connaciton i[censored] r not satified our services thease words r says ur kanpur location ex mr.Anupam Dwivedi(officer Retention & relition kanpur no is-[protected])i[censored] hv system so please do the need full for me as well as i want to serender my no.
