[Resolved]  Vodafone — Vodafone Bill

Hello,

I am using Vodafone Postpaid from a long period of time and never had this kid of problem in past. My Credit Limit for my vodafone number is 1900, however, my bill for the month of July has been generated for the amount of 4900. This is totally unexpected. When I contacted the customer service, they told me that I've used a 3G service for which I am charged this, but when I disputed that how the threshold can be increased by such a great amount (3000), a supervisor named Deepal Mehta assured me that she has sent this to higher department and the bill amount will be reduced and informed that that they will get back to me within 48 hours. I've waited for a reply for a week and when there was no response from the team, I contacted the customer support and again the representative told me that the bill amount will be reduced and asked me to call on the next day. When I've called on next morning, the lady assured me that someone will get back to me till evening. On that evening, I got a call from Deepal Mehta and she told me that nothing can be done and it is already notified somewhere back of the vodafone bill that threshold can be crossed at any time. This is totally unacceptable from a Big company like Vodafone. My vodafone number is [protected]. Please look into this.

I Manish Kumar, mobile no.[protected] have a problem in my sim card. Following are the numbers on which calls are made through my number and the bill is charged on it.
They all are ISD calls.

I want to know the how the calls are made through my number by any other person on these numbers from any other mobile phone. So I want all the details on it like
How these calls are made, location of these numbers and all the related details. I am also registered the complain in national consumer helpline and they give me your mail id.
My complain no is.194719 .My credit limit of bill is Rs. 2000 and now my bill is Rs.8000 so how its happens. The don’t intimate me about my bill when it cross rs.2000. In morning I send a message to Vodafone to deactivate me ISD and I got revert on same that “the ISD service is not active for your Vodafone mobile phone” so pls take necessary
Action on it on urgent basis asap.

I Nilesh Patel R/O of AT&PO Dungara Surat is the user of your Mobile prepaid services I am using an Airtel mobile no [protected] from the last two years. Nokia cell phone (E 51) with IMEI No.[protected] . Last One Year I Used Internet services on my above said Airtel connection. I got to know that some one is using my connection. I think some one has hacked my mobile as airtel is using unsecured internet connection. I have noted that some one is illegally dialing some international phone numbers through my phone details of dialed numbers dated on 16-Nov-2009 are as under:-

I have 2 no of Vodafone and allways recd the bill month wise.Since last month I have not recd the monthly bill to submit the payment. So many time discussed in customer care executive to send the bill. Now the vodafone charged for the disscution with executive. but sorry to say that till date no action has done from the vodafone.I have request to executive to send the bill in my IDbut no response. Hi Sir,

I am Shailesh Mishra, I have been using Vodafone postpaid connection since long time, my Vodafone Postpaid mobile connection number is +[protected].

Recently on 10th January I purchased a new handset Apple iPhone, so for activating of internet service on it, I called Vodafone Care, and with the talk with the representative, when I asked him to activate the iPhone Data plan he told me that the current Vodafone Mobile Connect (VMC) service will work on the iPhone and it would not require any other service or plan to be activated for iPhone internet service, which I asked for. And he also confirmed me that the data usage of the service is free for unlimited usage since my VMC is already activated. Which I confirmed again from him and again called to the Vodafone Care and confirmed by calling three times after that.

After some days, when I called to Vodafone Care to inquire about how my outstanding amount have increased so how, I was been said that it was just because that the discount was not yet applied, and the bill amount would be decreased and would be back to normal bill payment after the discount is applied at the end of billing cycle.

After that I called and requested to increase my credit limit from Rs. 6000 to Rs. 10000, to which I was been given credit limit of Rs. 7500.

Since last week my outgoing call have been stopped and when I inquired about it to Vodafone Care, I am been asked to pay my bill amounting to Rs. 13900 and I am been said that the charges are o[censored]sage of Internet on iPhone.

As I mentioned early as I was been said that the Internet usage on my mobile phone is unlimited usage free, and now I am been said that it doesn’t work on iPhone, and the Internet usage on iPhone is paid and I would have to pay that.
If I would had been said earlier I wouldn’t had used it, but since I was been said that the usage was free so I used it, and now so why am I asked to pay the amount for it, it should be clarified before when I called and confirmed, why was I given wrong information which is really annoying.

And when I called Vodafone Care (198) to note the complain I was denied to accept my complain.

Even I am facing inconvenience since my outgoing calls are stopped, which is causing a lot of problems and mental harassments to me.

I request you to look in to the matter and kindly help me with the problem, I am pretty much sure that there isn’t any fault from my side and than too I am facing the harassments and inconveniences.

Waiting for your reply and the correct and appropriate solution to the issue.

Hahaha!! wat rubbish.. I received a call back on the next day of complaint and the lady assured me that they will get back to me as soon as possible but again there's no response. Additionally, collection company is sending representative to collect this bill. I used to always recommend vodafone to all my friends and family members and used to tell them how good customer service is.. But, now I understand that this is all rubbish..

Now, please take a note that if my incoming is stopped. I won't hesitate to go to court..

Please some higher authority contact me as soon as possible..

Dear Sir:
I was using a Vodafone Number [protected], my May 12 bill was generated of Rs. around 500 after that I have sent an email to their Nodel officer and their customer care to disconnect my mobile number.

I was already stopped to use this number from middle May and given request to disconnect the number, but they haven’t disconnected the number and they are charging for every month. After sometime somebody called me for the payment I said I have disconnect my number in middle of May 12 and has sent email to their customer care and nodal officer, they were asking for INR 1267.00 in the month of Sep.

Now they are calling me every day around 15 times and harassing me, they saying you have to go Vodafone store to disconnect the number but I haven’t sign any terms with them if I wanted disconnect the number I have to go Vodafone store.

I already told them I am genuine customer and will pay genuine amount not the whole amount which I have not used.
I am fed-up with them; please help me in this matter.

I am ready to pay my May month invoice that is around INR 500

This is Suyog Vasant Khedekar mobile no.[protected].
My plan is rental599+ 1GB of internet free every month for life time. I activate 3G RS750 plan which is unlimited including download(this was informed me when i took this 3g plan) while using this plan suddenly i got message stating that my downloading limit is complete, i was shocked, immediately i called customer service and the rep told me that surfing is unlimited and downloading is chargeable again i was shocked, i asked him to deactivate 3g plan, he told me to send message, hence i sent messsage to deactivate 3g plan to 111 and i received confirmation sms thats 3g plan is deactivated. So on my iphone that 3g symbol went and the old E symbol came back...so i thought my old plan is reactivated as there was no message from Vodafone that they are charging me 10paise per KB, perhaps i got this month statement and it says that my bill is more then 6700rs. Immediately i called customer service and informed him about the same...he said me to mail on this email id and they will reverse it for u, has he checked my plan and said that mistake is from vodafone's end..So i mail them and they revert me saying that its mistake from ur end and they cannot reverse the charge...

But you tell as a cx i know Vodafone internet plan then why will i pay 10paise per KB...I asked them to check my track record, still they are denieg...they are not willing to except it mistake from their end as they did not send any message to me that they are charging me for internet access

Pleas do the needful...
