[Resolved] Vodafone — wrong bill amount deducted in postpaid
i am Anil vara. i have VODAFONE postpaid CUG card which is given by company.
i have been activated 1 GB GPRS internet plan on my mobile no. [protected]
in that january month bill come 11270 Rs.
i have been ask for detail bill in that its shows i had used 2 GB internet.
same problem remain for first week in february.
i have cheked the internet usage in my phone its found usage only 10 percent of that.
same complain made in vodafone. they told we will check and inform u.
after that problem get solve but the bill come for january they tell no problem found from vodafone side.
difinately vodafone having technical error in wrong data counting, after my complain thet stabilised the system and lying that no problem found from their side.
now the vodafone is right tahn they have to give the answer of my question.
1. If there is no problem in data counting then why system automatically stabilised after my omplain.
2. If there is no problen in data counting then why it is not ginving the massage of every 200MB usage.
which normaly gives in stabilised system.
3. my credit limit was 9000 Rs. but the bill of january month is 1127 Rs.
i have been ask above question to vodafone customer care they were unable to answer,
