[Resolved]  Volkswagen Polo — delay in product delivery

i'm Dr.MINU from trivandrum,kerala.I had booked a volkswagen POLO from your showroom at pattom,trivandrum.We had been assured to get the product by April 25th.As the purchase is being made in relation to an important function on our side,we were assured to get the car prior to it and we have paid an advance of Rs.3 Lakhs for the same.
We have been enquiring about the same for the past one week and now,3 days prior to the day promised,your dealers have backed off and are saying that it can be delivered only by 20th OF NEXT MONTH.
I'm ashamed to inform you that the good reputation of your company is at stake because of this kind of irresponsible dealership.
Due to the extremely irresponsible behaviour on your side,I AM FORCED TO CHANGE MY CAR OPTION.
Looking forward for a reply and neccesary action from your side.

1.I HAVE BOUGHT VOLKAS WAGEN –POLO-TDI ON DATED: 26/02/2011 FROM AUTOMARKETED, PLOT NO.206, NEER HIGH COURT GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD
ON THE NAME OF PATEL PANKAJ KUMAR JYANTI LAL PASSING NO IS GJ-1 KH-8461 KELO-METER MOVED 7000

2.SIR, MY CAR WAS STOPPED AND THE DARK SMOKE WAS COMING from SYLANCER ON DATED 22/08/2011 AND KELO-METER MOVED UP TO HEAR WAS 6, 500.

3.I IMMEDIATELY CALLED YOUR HELP-LINE NUMBER THEN ROAD-SIDE ASSITANCE SENT THE CRANE FOR THE CAR.

4.THE CAR STOOPED AT THE PLACE WAS AT&PO: SATHAMBA, TA: BAYAD, DIST: SABARKANTHA AND THE CAR WAS TAKEN THE AUTO-MARK MOTERS PVT LTD. PLOT NO:206, G-HIGH-IT IS WORK SHOP.

5.AFTER ONE WEEK 29/08/2011 I GOT MY CAR BACK THE TECHNICHIAN TOLD THAT E.C.G IS FAILED AND WE REMOVED AND PUT THE NEW E.C.G AND NOW YOUR CAR IS READY THIS PROBLEM WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.

6.THEN AFTER I MOVED CAR 500 KELO-METER THE PROBLEM BECAME AGAIN ON DATED 07/09/2011 FROM AT&PO: SATHAMBA, TA: BAYAD, DIST: SABARKANTHA I IMMEDIATELY CALLED R.S.A AND THEY SENT CRANE FOR THE CAR NOW THIS TIME ALSO THE TECHNICHIAN SAYS THAT E.C.G IS AGAIN FAILED.

7.SIR, MY QUESTION IS THAT YOUR ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE –
WHY THEY CHANGES THE WORK SHOP?
• BOTH TIME AND PLACE WAS SAME FOR THE CRANE FOR THE TORCHARING CAR
• FIRST, THEY TOOK AT AUTOMARK MOTERS LTD
• SECOND TIME KARNAWATI MOTERS WORK SHOP.


8. ANOTHER MAIN QUESTION IS THAT- HOW CAN I BEAR THIS SUCH BIG QUESTION OF E.C.G PROBLEM IN ENGINE.?

9.I AM TOTALLY DIS SATISFIED FROM YOUR CAR’S FUNCTION AT PRESENT. I AM SUFFERING BY YOUR CAR.

SO, SIR PLEASE DO SOME THING
1. CHANGE THE CAR OR EXCHANGE IT
2. WITHDRAW YOUR CAR FROM ME OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

YET, I WILL NOT GET RESPONSE FROM COMPANY I WILL GO “GRAHAK SURAKSHA” & PRESS.

Hi I am Renjith R Nair this is the same problem I am facing with VW secundrabad they are not professional and they say they are help less .Thees people are so.shameless that they take the booking amount are rotate for 10 to 15 days because it is a free of interest they should be liable to pay Demarrage charges for such nonsense, They say in big Words it is a German car but see the service our fish markets are better they keep up the words.

DEAR SIR,


I bought a new Polo Desile Dt 5/11/2011 from Navjivan auto square pvt.ltd. Piplod Surat.


Within 25 days there were 5 time problem in Music system. I send my car 4 time at work shop within 20 days. After this they replace me my old music system.

I can’t get proper response and proper answer form work shop and there management staff.
Bad behavior and worst service of Volkswagen work shop.

sir I was about to received a parcel by speed post on date 18/01/2012 receipt no ED[protected]IN from Chennai to Dimapur, Nagaland-797112 . I am regret to informed you that your service is very slow and poor . This parcel delivered after six day by Chennai post office . My car need the items badly .Why did this service name calling slow speed . Please look into this matter and do the needful.
