[Resolved] Volkswagen Thane — Non delivery and cutting 1%of car cost for cancelling | |||
I had booked new jetta on 20 aug 10 by paying 1 lac.delivery was on 31aug,which was ramzan idd.global gallarie thane couldnt deliver till 22 sep.so i sent cancellation letter.at time of booking,mr.deepak rao and yashpal told me there wud be no 1% cut on cancellation.mr.anand too told me same later on phone.on 3 oct ,mr.anand told me he.l cut 1%..why?company couldnt deliver for 32 days + on 20 aug they had told they.l not cut..VW INDIA IS TAKING INDIANS FOR GRANTED.THEY WILL BE ANNIHILATED BY GOD,IF THEY CUT 1% of our money.do not by VW.BUY HONDA .INSTEAD.THEY CARE FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS.name.kaniz w fadra Was this information helpful? | |||
