I had purchased a brand new Volkswagon Vento On 23rd Oct 2012 from BHARAT MOTORS. Two weeks before i met with an accident and damaged the right mirror of my car. I visited the showroom with my car insurance papers to claim my damages. Its already been 15days and still the dealers are unable to get a new mirror.
I regularly call to inquire about the product, but the sales persons or the customer care representative either don't receive the phone or else talk in a rudely accent.
I would like to let everyone that the BHARAT volkswagon dealer is the worst service provider. They neither attend the customers properly nor fix the damages, claims on time.
