[Resolved]  Voltas Vertis AC — poor service

I D K Koul HAD BOOKED MY VOLTAS Vertis Plus G from your distributor of voltas ltd For J AND k regionN.R Enterprises - ID-GAH ROAD UTTAM FLOUR MILLS COMPLEX NEAR RESIDENCY ROAD JAMMU invoice no 480 on dated[protected] and it was installed at my residence on[protected] since after installation despite repeated requests by paying personnel visit by my son at shop in every season did not bothered to get free services done except assurance and as now I have to pay for the services since it has gone beyond period of 2 fress services period

I am constrained to point out that company should take care in allowing distribution in those hands which donot care to satisfy the customers and inturn gives disrepute to company

same problem is with all the A C users of Voltas across india my complaint no was 12MR1502753 on 15th march and told to be attended with in 24 Hrs but not attended till today 22nd march and no sign of any clearance they are all worst in true sence.

i had purchesed 2 ac about 4 months back one window ac and one split ac model classic.but after installing voltas split ac, in my hall, i felt there is no cooling at all.window ac is working properly, even my old 6 ac from voltas are working properly.i had called up atleast 70 to 80 times for the replacement of my split ac to mr kk gupta, mr dinesh and mr yaswant, after that kk gupta told that there is some fault while installing the ac, so he requested me fill up the gas one time and if again if there is any problem we will replace the ac.i kept quite.but after 4 days again there was no cooling at all.so i tried calling calling kk gupta, dinesh and yashwant, but these people are not picking up my call.i have no option but to go to consumer foram at isbt, but then also they are not replaicing my ac.i have also given my complaint to pehredaar in cnbc.if now also nothing is done then i will put case against them claiming 10 lacks rs because of my problem and there service

I have complaint a lot to the customer care service center and my complaint number is 12MY1805149... and from last 7 days i am calling them but there is no response... Voltas service is too bad...

Voltas -Vertis AC — Non Working of AC

I bought a Voltas Vertis 1.5 T AC on May 19th ,2009. The Fan was defective from day one which Voltas Engineer rectfied after repeatdly calling them . Worked well through a year but since 2010 its showing unique problem . After getting it Serviced by Voltas engineer every year the ac will not cool and when will call engineer who comes after at least 3-4 follow up he will say problem with electricity and stablizer ,after getting stablizer and electrcity checked there is no colling . I pressed hard Voltas to get it repaired and then it worked till 2011. This year after servicing AC is not cooling at all ,called up engineer he showed up but said problem is with Stablizer not with AC( Voltas has very low quality statndard). Since Today AC is not working but complaint lodged to call centre is yet to be attended and their office at Ghaziabad and Delhi not repsonding and top it Mumbai HQ office no is non operational.

I dont know what to do?

We have 1.5ton Voltas Vertis Plus AC bought in Nov 2009.
Every year we have to refill feon gas as there is leakage in the coil every season.
This year the gas was refilled just in 3 months.
Mechanic said coil will need to be replaced as its beyond repair now.
NEVER BUY VOLTAS AC. CHEAP CHINESE PARTS. POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE.
Voltas does not have any good service support.
They have arrangement with local franchisees who have no knowledge what they are doing.

Voltas Split AC 1.5 T not working for a month despite AMC

Complaint no.[protected] dt 1st april 2014 & [protected] dt 1.5.2104 pending for rectification. Gas leaking again and again. No corrective action repair/replacement done despite repeated complaints and talks & requests.

Faulty Air conditioner

I have purchased an air conditioner on 01/06/2014.However, the air conditioner is faulty. I have made a complaint withth voltas but they are not changing the air Conditioner. Please look into this. My complaint no is [protected].

Very Very useless Engineers, who doesnot know how to rectify a Problem, From basic level to Top Level Managers are with same knowledge and all useless fellows only wants to take money from the customer...

Never Buy this Brand, it is at par equal with assembled AC only. We can spend less amount and get a Non branded AC instead of buying this High Rated Voltas Brand AC.

We bought this Voltas AC for an cost of Rs.40000/- and within Two Years we have already spent Rs.20000/-for service. we have hardly used for 4 months only.. So never buy this Brand AC...

All unqualified engineers, who are unable to understand the problem itself...

All the Parts are Cheapest Chinese make Spare parts and they assemble it and sell it very very costly...
