[Resolved]  Voltas Vertis AC — poor service

The Voltas Vertis model AC was bought a year ago, for the fourth time the AC is not working. Each time a complaint is being made, they take their own time to attend the serivice required. proper customer care support is required

I had purchased a1.5ton split a.c brg. no. 011115, 004329 from L P eleectonics, cuttack haveing invoic no. H.Q 1285on dt.21.05.2009 .After purchese of a.c no free service has been taken up or no action inciated, ater one month it was totally defunct from that day i have lodge several complain to delear but atlast one massage sent to my mobile that my call no.is 10JN040471 and custmer id is C1170830 ON DT.04.01.10.But they are yet to respond to my request. I have made regular followup but no result. And I believe this company a TATA product doesnt have any customer care unit to register a complaint or service.So kindly taken up this immidiatly otherwise i will go to court of law.
After gone through I have decided that I will not go for Voltas AC at all. So please suggest me which one I will purchase.
I Purchased 1.5 ton Voltas a/c 3 years back from Ratna Fan House, T.Nagar, this is 2nd time gas leaking service people taking own time to take and return back.
We brought A/c for 15 k and we already spend 7k. Very Very poor service

I have purchased Voltas Vertis Premium 2.0 ton Window a/c from M/s Rajkamal Electronics (P) Ltd Hyderabad on 29.04.07. As per the Service Guarantee booklet it says that the Free service will be provided 2 times in a year, to my surprise till date i have not seen anybody calling for the same.

Now after less than 3 years of installation & literally less than 1 year of Summer usage (as i dont use it in Winter & Rainy season) now the A/c is not switching on due to reasons unknown. I raised a complaint with Customer
Care on[protected] on 08.03.2010, Call No: 10MRO 800020 & technician from M/s Tempcon Services, Ferozeguda Sec-bad attended the call promptly on 09.03.2010. I appreciate for attending the cal quickly.

But to my surprise it was told to me that there is a short circuit in PCB Board & technician took the same for repair. After 2 days of follow up to know the status it was informed that the same is not repairable & has to be replaced the same with new. Immediately I accepted the same as it was necessary & summer heat is increasing day by day.

Now after a weeks time also they have not come & installed a new PCB, & on my every cal they are informing that neither it is available with Service Dealer nor at Voltas godown & have raised an Indent for the same.

Please look into the same & do the needful ASAP, as this product that i bought is only by the name of Voltas "A TATA PRODUCT". Hope you will not make me regret buying the same.

I had purchased Voltas vertis AC a year ago. Till date no one had visited either from the Dealer or from the Company side for the free service during the first year which is very diasppointing. I had a very good image of buying "VOLTAS" branded AC, but now I feel I made a big mistake of choosing VOLTAS.
I purchased a voltas vertis split Ac 1.5 Tonne on 3rd may, 2009, it was installed by shopkeeper only, but after 45 days it had stopped cooling, then complained to local service center they filled gas, but didnot get success to find out the reason of leakage. whole summer season faced a cooling problem.
After 10 months of purchasing gas had been leaked, called a person of service center on dated 23rd March 2010, again they came and filled gas.

service complaint was lodge on vide our call no.10 MR 2204366 but till today service is not attend regularly I call to customer care but till today no one come to service the ac.
very poor service very bad experince I told everybody dont buy voltas products.
I lodge a request on 23rd March 2010 at 10am but till 27/3/2010 till 10pm no reponse from any company representative after three reminder calls and one mail to company.This is very shameful for company like Voltas from house of Tata.I think Tata group is Unable to handle their business or Tata group don't have professional staff to maintain after sales service to their loyal customers.
Congratulations to Mr.Tata for their specialy trainned staff who are making fool to people and consontrate on sales, not on after sales services, saving money for the company.Employees of Voltas A/C divison are very claver, may be they are saving money for company future when company is not able to sell their A/C but they are still need their salaries .However this is very shamful for World class co. Voltas.
I submit my service request with customer care on 23/3/2010 but not getting response from co. till27/3/2010 night.I think we Voltas Customers need to go to Consumer Court.I

i was waiting 20 days for voltas gold 2ton air-conditioner.still there is no stock in chidambaram.Cuddalore district, Tamilnadu. the shop keeper say voltas is not good go for some other product Carrier or O General. Should i go for What?

I bought Voltas AC vertis in Mayur Vihar-3, Delhi in July 2007, since than it is not working inspite of many complaints. shop from where we bought it refer a machanic who was claiming as voltas machanic. Three times machanic came in 2008 and could not fix it and AC is still not working properly. It spoil all the expensive paint of one of my bedroom as it is split. Now I am trying to contact custumer care and there is no number available. So now thinking to get fix it through some one other than voltas machanic. Now I realized how big blunder I made by purchasing this product since company has no after sales services and custumers are being misleaded and getting spoil their money. i strogly suggest not to buy such faulty product.

yes they are not at all up to the mark they are just the pain in my . a had called them 15 times and no one comes all the time they said that the part is not available

I had purchased a 1.5 ton voltas vertis elite A.C from reco electronics asansol W.B. on 28-4-09 they took rs 1500 for installation and said that they will give 2 free servicing but till date not even a single service was done. When i informed reco electronics they told that they are not responsible and they

sir I suresh khare r/o E-19/27 sector-3 lodge a comlaint regarding servicing of my VOLTAS A/c vertis plus on dt5/4/2010 on customer care today on 7 /4/2010 two person came to attend the same but they refuse to clean the the a/c without wasing etc only to clean out side I dis agree with that process I again request mr- akbar on phone no[protected] customer care DELHI rohini area KINDLY sent some another people to see the problem as early as possible MYcall no-1oap0501723 customer id no-c0906793
