Voltas Vertis Split AC — REMOTE

I bought an Voltas Vertis Split AC and within one year the remote for AC got spoiled. I went to the place I bought the AC, and they cannot provide me with a new one. I'm have difficulty in operating the Air Conditioner.
Now, can anyone help me in getting a new remote. Remote type "R15M/CIS".
