Address- 38/6, BT ROAD GOVERNMENT QUARTERS ,KAMARHATI,BELGHARIA,NORTH 24 PARGANAS-700056
Date=20/01/2012

Except the "Date Of Birth" and "Date Of Issue " EVER DETAIL electoral name,father;s name,address IS WRONG .
ID THIS MY REQUEST TO TAKE ACTIONS AGAINST MY COMPLAIN OF RE-ISSUING MY VOTER ID CARD with CORRECT INFORMATION.
Please help me fast i need my CORRECT INFORMATION in my ID CARD for my passport, driving license , ration card, etc etc.
