[Resolved]  Voter Id Card — Need Corrections in Voter ID Card

i my voted id number (WUZ0059493)the following wrongs observed, please rectify:
1. My Father's name is shown as naga satya uma devi duvva instead of S U M Nagababu Duvva
Again my Date of Birth is 01/03/1987. But in my voter card it is shown as XX/XX/1988. How to correct this?
