[Resolved] Voter Id Card — New voter ID card required

Dear Sir/Madam, This is Deepak Mohapatra a native of Orissa, in village name Manikpur,patkura falls under kendrapara district, beg to state that, i have my name, photo,serial no in Voter list of Orissa Government, but i don't have ID card for which i am facing problem in making of passport, for which i could not able travell abroad for my training and carrer of my life. however, i tried to contact in district election office on this regards but i was told by election official that, it could be possible only time of next election, which does not favour me for my carrer augmentation. now it is a big problem for my life. this point of time i am totally in dark what to do and how to do and/or whom should i contact,because it is very urgent.. pls help me..
