[Resolved]  Voter Identity Card — name correction and photo change

sir, spelling of my name is wrong please do correct . my correct name is REWATI RAMAN PANDEY in my voter card RAWATI RAMAN PANDEY

i have my spelling of my surname wrong its has to be rectified as ASIMA BAGCHI . the photo of my icard is also not clear. my address

name printed in my voter id card no. TGJ2404853 is wrongly mentioned as "PRATIMA SACHIN PATHAK" whereas my correct name is "PRAMEETA PATHAK".
there is no Date of Birth mentioned on my card it says "XX/XX/1977" whereas my correct Date of Birth is '05/08/1976".
in the address building name is mentioned as "GOKUL NGAGAN" whereas the correct name of the building is "GOKUL GAGAN".

kindly let me know the procedure for change of these details in my voter id card.

Sir, I have changed my name in gazette. Now i want to change my name in my voter id. what is the procedure ?

My voter ID card no is NTH0563817. The Elector's Name printed on it is najeeralla which is printed wrongly. It should be Saiyyed Nazeer ulla khan s/o faijulla khan. Rest every thing is OK.
