[Resolved]  Vriti-Interactive — delay in installation of Airtel-HD-DVR

I got a call from Ms Bharti from Airtel on 19.05.2011 and she was supposed to send me the expected date of installation on 20.05.11 but I did not recd any feedback. Please give me the exact date of installation or revised package as mentioned below.

I have recd. a call from Airtel representative today and he informed that my HD-DVR will installed on 02.06.2011. It is not acceptable to me.

My equipment is not installed till toady although I made the payment 8 days before.

It is very disappointing as I was promised for installation of equipment with 48 hrs of making payment. I was not expecting this from company like Airtel for which I was having very high regards.

Kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action required for installation of the material immediately.
