I have booked the ticket for Bidar to Bangalore, i requested the user to give me the ticket from Bidar to bangalore at which leave 7.00pm from bidar and he given the same and confirmed me that you have to report to office 7.00 pm in bidar and i reported the offcie on the day of journey but there is no bus for that time when i asked the agent in bidar he told there is no bus at all from bidar at 7.00 pm, as your ticket booked wrongly and he confirmed me that the ticked is from bidar to bangalore and boarding point he changed and given as Gulbarga, (1)but i have never asked the user to give me boarding point gulbarga, (2) and before leaving the counter i asked thrice to the user who given me ticket he told it is correct because in ticket there was print that booking branch as Gulbarga, then i left the counter after his confirmation that bus is from bidar at 7.00 pm.(3)i missed the bus and misssed my office because of there mistake and i asked the action on this issue they told meet the place you booked the ticket.(4) and the next day i went to booked office i showed the ticket then they behave so rude that there is no mistake from our side there were talking wolgur words and i asked what about my money any solution for this then they are telling nothing we can do on this, and the very important point i noted the day i visited the office the ticket has to be booked by CLEARK or USER ->MAHESH S when i meet him he was not that person the ticket was booked and given me, after i enquired there was anothere person used his login and given me the ticket that day and he is office boy there i shown them this the guy given me the ticket even they also told that he only given, so finaly there was big mistake FROM THERE SIDE due to which i suffred lot I LOST MY OFFICE I LOST MY MONEY from the booking office there was worst response when i visited, due my health problem am not able follow up this issue, DETAILS OF THE TICKET PNR NO 4118471 BOOKING OFFICE ADDRESS--> ASHOK TRAVELAS (ARC) ANAND RAO CIRCLE, booking date 10/09/2010 1.46 pm, and i have TICKET WITH ME WHICH WAS TOTALY WRONG PRINT OUT AND THE PERSON GIVEN ME THE TICKE ALSO WRONG PERSON IN THE COUNTER DUE HIS MISS COMMUNICATION AND TICKET MISS PRINT OUT, I LOST MY VALUABLE OFFICE WORK AND MONEY, Please let me know the solution for this issue, WHO IS THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME or confirm me the status what to do further

This is Prithvi a resident from RR Nagar, Bangalore.I travelled in your bus from Bangalore to Shirdi on 14th of April and returned on 17th of April.I was stressed a lot after travelling in your bus .It was a 20 hour journey from Bangalore to Shirdi.The other government busses take only about 16-18 hours.The main reason for this delay are the packages.The drivers take a lot of time in loading and unloading stuff.So, this is a kind of suggestion to you to improve your care towards the passengers than you show on the packages.Kindly improve your way of handling the passengers.

Hi All, VRL management in Pune is the worst they don’t know how to talk with a women properly. Once I booked ticket from Pune to Hubli (female seat) as per the Terms & Conditions of VRL Travels, Co-Passenger will be a lady only not mail, but while travelling they had confirmed the mail passenger, when i enquired about this to the management they say if you want you can cancell the ticket there are more passengers waiting, management is telling this at the time of travel this is . this is ridicules shame to VRL travels they make the rules & break the rules which is foolish, I never expected this from VRL,

i was travelling through VRL buses on my GOA trip. First while moving from Bangalore to GOA we board in bus no. KA25C7741 but there no body came to us asking for ticket check if i would have missed also then no body had enquired with us. Finally when coming up from GOA to Bangalore we were not aware where they will keep buses for check in. when i called person over there in GOA to check bus starting point he argued. I was asking with him whether you count for your passenger whether they checked in or not . same thing when i asked driver of Bus no. KA25C 7745 he has also replied ruthlessly & asked me to check in that's it as i was troubling him asking such question.
Service is very poor of VRL buses. They can spoil your journey you can miss your bus also. Reply what i got from the driver if you will not come in time at place we will call you & give 5 min time to check in other wise bus will depart.

vrl really cheating.i booked ticket frm hydbad to banglore on 28th, b4 dat i phned to custumer care n asked dat, my wife n my aunt n a small kind will catch the bus in jadcherla, then i got responce frm them ok no problem, after booking the ticket they are not responding, along with a small how people can...i cald all the blove nos...on 28th...[protected], , , , [protected], , ,[protected], , , , [protected]
They said that the bus is cancelled adding much trouble to me when i was about to move to their boarding point at T. Nagar. now news of refund

We have some problems that casused from that crises happend in karnataka stae in last one yaear.Untill we ar not received product and did'nt receive any infermation regard the quest net bussiness so for that our partners will trethned us infront of my house like refond our money yourself...like this. And they also they did'nt able to do this bussiness without upline support and wihout company regional office and all.so for that please give the more infermation regard thi company. And also i attached few nf nos; below that they were not receivd products, please find the solution for this and get back me through my mail id as mentiond below.
