Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Kiran Kumar MN, the owner of Pulsar 150 dts-i. I purchased bike in vst bajaj showroom in Rajajinagar Dr. Rajkumar road on 8-9-2008. I done all 4 free services and 1 paid service in this showroom only. I am not a fast rider, every time I just raise the accleartor 40 to 60 km/hr. But the result is low milage and engine problem. I changed the vechicle boar on[protected]. When I asked the supervisor they told its a manufacturing defect we cant do anything and they told we are going to change the boar and it will cost nearly thousand two hundred rupees. Then I spoke with the supervisor and also with service manager why I want to pay that much amount. The vehicle is in warranty period and I am not going to pay anything. But they didnt accept and finally they came up to 400 rupees. Here the problem is they done a very poor service. When i got the bike delivery on[protected] I found that they didnt adjusted the hydeling and milage one and also the break light systems and engine sound. Once again I complained the superviser and corrected all the mistake what they done. In fourth service they changed the parts like sparkplug and break set without any information actually the old one working good condition only. The vechicle is runned just 9000 kms. When I asked the superviser they told sorry for the inconvenience and now we cant do anything. In every service I got like this problems. the service they are given is very poor and they are not responding properly for the customers. This showroom service station is very worst and they are not functioning properly. They are given Late delivery. They took 3 days for boar change. Now I thinking why I choosen bajaj product. If they are going to continue the same thing definately one day show room has to be closed. They are going to charge for all the things nearly they cheated 1000 ruppes for me. they wont consider any warranties. the owners manual and the service books its for pooja purpose only. They wont consider mention things on that book. cheating peoples Beware of VST Bajaj in Rajajinagar.

I support this complaint.
Really the service is very worst in the "VST Bajaj Cottonpet Service Centre" also. I own a Bajaj XCD125 vehicle, which is just a 1.8 Yrs old. I am paying nearly 2000 to 2500 for every services being done, and each time the spare parts are getting replaced. Just recently I had been billed 2100 Rs in the VST centre. When I questioned about it from the Manager upto the service engineer are just making a unhealthy arguments. When I talk about pulling this matter to the consumer court, the Manager is ready for some discounts. They are not ready to show the replaced parts when I asked for that. Its a hell to get serviced there. The same bitter experience has been happened to me in the Rajajinagar VST branch also. I suggest everybody to not to go with the Bajaj vehicles. If by mistake also if you had already gone with it, please dont choose the VST Bajaj showrooms. Even my 4 wheeler service doesn't cross 1000 Rs for every 3000 Km. Public should raise their voice and SUE such showrooms. And Government should take actions on such service centres. The people working here are also very rude in their behaviour and doesn't care for the customers. I request you all Readers to not to go with the Bajaj vehicles.
I too agree with above comments. Last two month back I bought pulsar 150CC bike in VST rajajinagar. I done my bike 1st servive at my native bailhongal by paying Just150 Oil charge. When i gave it for second service they are insiting to do coating, and other unnecessary things. All together the billed 850.00 for second service which suppose to finish with 150.00 rs. Guys I request to don't go for rajajinagar VST ever. Showroom people does not know value of money how middle clss people are earning and paying service charge.
I agree on above, it is a very worst service center which I have ever seen, from the low level management to top level management everybody is irresponsible. They change the parts and don't even inform us eventually when you go to take bike they will provide huge billed amount. When you object they will say they will give some discount on the bill.

VST Rajajinagar service center has spoiled my bike (No mileage, Engine Problem, Gear Problem and Engine oil burns within 1000 KM).

Dear friends it’s my sincere advice please never provide you vehicle to VST Rajajinagar service center.

Yes. I agree with the above complaints. VST is one of the worst places to buy/get service. The first time I gave my bike for service I had to pay almost 3000 rupees. After 1 week again bike gave problem. When I took the bike to local mechanic (opposite to showroom only), he said the engine oil is very old and has not been changed from lot of time. But the showroom people said they changed the oil. The managers are rude and irresponsible. I will not recommend anyone to go here.
Its the worst service centre I have ever seen. I used to regularly give my discover vehicle for service there. Last 2 times I had complained that the chain might have gone loose since i can hear the sound .. I paid them to fix the problem twice and those culprits used to say everything is fine.
Last week I was driving in MG road the chain broke, I was lucky because of traffic i was driving slow otherwise i don't know what would have Happened.

IF VST doesn't know how to service the vehicles Its better they shut down .
Worst service. Mechanic is rude and , knowing nothing about even wiring. Supervisor is still bad, not even knowing about battery. They treat the customer as lay man and teach new theory about many things. They need proper traning on what they work and culture to not to cheat customers. When I gave my Pulsar for service, all electrical gadgets were working fine. After service, Indicator & Horn were not working. When asked they blamed the Battery, which is just month old and working fine. So I had to again go to different mechanic to fix them, which he did in 5 minutes. In fact he is not even company trained.
When asked for quote the counter, Mechanic & supervisor gave all different figures with large difference.
Unprofessional team of mechanic & supervisor.
Delivery was prompt, with lacuna in service quality.
Pricing is not known as we did not cross check anything and paid as they demanded out of frustration.

Yes i agree they charge simply without doing oil change without cabling without correcting chain slackness.actually they just wash the bike and sprinkle some oil and tell us they have neatly serviced the bike and charge minimum above 2100.. but i think water wash your bike for 60 rupees.lube to ur bike chain.go to local mechanic and correct the chain slackness if any.and take castrol 20 w 50 engine oil and tell the same mechanic to change the engine oil.do this for every 6 months.you wil have to pay 60rs to water wash.390 rs to engine oil.and 40rs to local mechanic.totally around 500 rs.and save 1600rs and actually better Service than vst bajaj persons..
Its the worst service centre I have ever seen. VST Bajaj (Shop No. 1702, Dr Rajkumar Road, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560021) is one of the worst places to get bike service. Last 2 times I had complained that my engine sounds is different compare to other similar bike i can hear the sound .. I paid them to fix the problem twice and those culprits used to say we will check and never solved the issue. Mechanic is rude and .
