I am your card holder since for 4-5 months,since last two months I have not recieved my bill.I had complaints to your customer care executive many time they said that you get your bill 3 working days .they said these wording from last two months but still i have not recived my bill.My due date is 3rd (today).i have not pay any amount due to this issue,for last payment i have done approximately but recently payments i have not done.

I want to tell you that your customer executive give these type of facilities.
I pay all amount after when i get my original bill.
