The tablet FOLININE were prescribed on 14.08.10, the tablet strip was bought on 14/08/10 - my wife used the table for 4 days & on the fifth day when 9th Tablet from the strip was opened, we found it completely contaminated with fungus. We confirmed that the this was intact tablet and was not exposed to any moist surroundings. I clearly see a manufacturing faults OR poor adherence to GMPs in the plant. I propose immediate action against this company to safeguard hundreds of consumers using these tablets. These contaminated tablets could cause a major harm and immediate action has to be taken against utter negligance on account of the company. Was this information helpful? |
