i bought water water filter from Ur Raebareli dealer M/s Gupta Hosiery & Crockery Store, our Machine No is KR[protected], my machine is not properly working since purchased i always regsitered complaint to ur dealer, he sent always unexperienced persons to remove the problem and changed the items what he wants & charged me excessesive amount even under warranty, when i told him to provide replace free of cost as ur company is providing guarantee then he said i will not provide anything without cost even under warranty.
recently he changed 3 filters on 26.04.10 costing Rs 3000/- & two filters amongst them blast, i told him & put request to change it as it is under 6 months warranty, he said we will not change u pay me again for filter charges then i will change and say me" you may file my complaint anywhere i am also puzzled working with this company"
kindly resolve my problem to save company's goodwill.
