[Resolved] water seepage — Water Seepage in my flat | |||
I want to report that there is continuous water seepage from the above flat. After so much of the requests they are not ready to take up this matter. I want to know if there is any law or act of Government of India that I can proceed with this matter henceforth. the condition of our flat walls is worst. I face the same problem, the water is dripping all over my flat and the floor above residents have refused to cooperate, they are not letting the plumber in to check/repair . their is no law as such . In my case the people who live above are very influential . The lady is from Bihar and lot of her relatives are in the administrative services, and their are no Naxalites in Delhi to seek help from . all we can do is to pray to God that the problem gets repaired by itself .

That is interesting approach to problems. One can take "Lage raho munna bhai approach" to resolve these solutions. Law etc is a joke in our country to punish poor or helpless. Than why not strive to be strong. Probably many o[censored]s are slaves again and count ourselves helpless in independent country of equals.
If we can't deal with our neighbours, it is difficult to comment on the politics going around in our country. I am no different, I am also one like you :).
