when i tried to shedule a sms to my friend's mobile im getting an information like this mobile number is in DND. How can i able to shedule her a sms?

DND services (now NCPR) is an option to curb all unwanted telemarketing calls and messages. According to the New TRAI guidelines, Starting from Sept 27th 2011 messages sent via group SMS does not deliver SMSes to DND Registered mobile numbers. Mobile users can de-register DND services on their mobile number by either voice call or SMS to 1909. Ask your friend to Send SMS "STOP" to 1909 to de-register DND services. Thank you
