[Resolved]  West Bengal Police — Non recovery of articles, in spite sending the contact number of the thief

We have given complain on Dhaniakhali police station on[protected] . But Police has not taken no action till now. My GD no. 25DT5513

Mr Jayanta Malick physically assaulted Mrs Manasa Malick (Senior Citizen).He attempted to strangulate her.She was medically treated( Injury report taken from Hospital).Police lodged diary G.D.E. no. 25DT5513
. They are still remain as mute spectator. No action has been taken against Mr Jayanta Malick .Both of them are staying at Porabazar, Hooghly.
I request you, kindly take necessary action.

I have lost my mobile along with SIM card of AirTel No. [protected] and Memory Card of 8-GB (Samsung Make) on[protected], at around 6:45 PM, when I was returning from my Office (at 3/C, LA-Block, Salt Lake) by a bus from Beliaghata (Building More) to Birati (my home) [route of Bus was Tollugunge to Madhyamgram]. I have Lodged a Police complain at 11:30 am on 22.06.2013 at nearest police station of Birati i.e. Airport Police Station, Kolkata.

I have already collected new duplicate SIM of same No. [protected] from AirTel.

As suggested by some of website to trace lost mobile - I had gone to Samsung Mobile Service Center at Seth Pukur, 87, Jassore Road, Barasat, Kolkata-700124 along with copy of GDE of Airport P.S. and original copy of Invoice - for their help to trace my lost mobile. But they directly refused to help me and instructed me to contact with police. There is an option given in their website to trace the registered lost mobile.

Airtel also denied to help me to trace out the mobile.

I know that they have option to trace out lost mobile if it is is being used by IMEI No. or if it is not being used they can deactivate the Mobile and trace out later.

Please help me to get back the Mobile Phone by tracking out IMEI No.: [protected] so that I can get back it.

Dear Sir,
My Self Shipan Sharma Son of Hirendra Lal Sharma( Age 75 years), I am staying in Jharkhand due to Job. My parents lives at under Deganga Police station, North 24 PGS, W.B. . My father has already written complain to Deganga Police station on 11 Sep’2013 Afternoon, regarding Land capture forcefully by Nipun Sharma. Also he threatened to my father cut down head if my father goes to front of land issue.
Also mentally harassed and physically tortured to parents by Nipun Sharma and His wife Rinku Sharma. Yesterday Nipun Sharma Captured the land and build up the boundary on the said land issue.
My father went to the place physically again tortured by Nipun Sharma and his wife Rinku Sharma.
My father condition is very serious at the age of 75. He is not able to go Thana ( Deganga Police station)
In fact father made a written complaint at ( Deganga Police station), But why police not take action yet?
I request you please visit the place and take the necessary action and support to my oldest parents

i am geeting totaly mad some boys making calls everyday 5-6 time nd if i receive call they are telling this that "you are that girl" nd so many things..
i called to a police station but their system is so casual that i can not explain here. i request to some body that can anybody anybody take the action...
It is shame where we live... there no security no respect for woman. please help..and shame on our goverment policy & rules even police also cannot help..shame ..

On 21/7/14 night i registered a GD(no.2336 dated 22/07/2014) against Violence on me, by my husband.( 68, jessore road, diamond city north, block 4 flat 3a and 3e, kolkata 55).My Husband and Family using power and money of there son- in-law Mr. Hament Sikaria (Address:267, bangur avenue, block b, shivan towers, kolkata 55 ) who is a known constructor, started to harrasing my Old parents(Mr. B.D.Agarwal age 60). My father was called by Mr.Chandan Chakraborty, of lake town police station at unconventional hours and was harrased out of reason.
I filled a case u/s144(2) (case no.3234/14) on 19/09/2014 and submited the same to the dum dum PS.

I went to dum dum PS for help with my aged parents on 22nd september. The OC of the police station listning to my name simply denied to help me in any manner and instead insulted me.The OC of dum dum PS by himself kind of forced me to file a divorce case or to continue living under violence, and said in clear words "he wont help me in any manner, for it is the wish of husband .. if he like than he will KEEP me if not than he will THROW me out of his house"


On 26th september atlast my Husband and family using power and money, forcefully drived me out of my husband at 10.30 pm at night.And Mr. Hament Sikaria had placed goons(persons to beat me up if i tried to ask help from neighbours) outside the gate of my husband house.
went to dum dum police once again on 28th september and again the police (person named kishore da), listning to my name it self was not at all interested to listen any more.
On 7th november police was to submit report of the case 144 but dint... again on 21st november police dint sumbited any report for the case 144...
Atlast on 12th december police submited a false report saying that they had found my husband house locked and key and because of some dispute i left on my own... police didnt even contacted me once for the case to make any kind of enquiry or ask any of my givances... police didnt mentioned once about the goon still outside the gate of my husband flat.
Loosing my complete faith in any kind of justice from the police who was so clearly is working on power and money...
