[Resolved]  West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Com. Ltd. — Late Bill Receiving compelling to pay fine!

I AM A HOLDER WORKING IN MY NATIVE HOME SINCE 5 YRS.
TO DAY I AM RECEIVING MY ELECTRICITY BILL DT.25.06.2009 BY THE HELP OF A LOCAL RELATIVE IN W.BENGAL.
NOW I WILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA OF RS.65 DUE TO e.i. 669 againt my bill of 604.
My house is closed since Nov.2004 & I will back to my House only after retirement from the present job.
However my faimily & myself go there time to time to take care of our house.
Pl. suggest me to get rid of similar billing problems.
Can I receive bills at my present add. to overcome the situation?
