i am not receiving staement for the month of jun-08

THE MONTHLY STATEMENTS ARE NEVER RECEIVED BY ME AT MY RECORDED MAIL ADDRESS IN TIME, RESULTING IN NON VERIFICATION OF MONTHLY EXPENDITURE THROUGH CREDIT CARD. THE INTEREST &LATE FINE CHARGES BURDEN ARE BURDENED ON MY SHOULDER UNNECESSARILY.
I REQUEST TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS FOR PROMPT DELIVERY OF MONMONTHLY STATEMENT

For the last 1 months I am not receiving any statement from your side. I registered twice for e-statement but no response. PLEASE ARRANGE.

I am not receiving the E-mail as well as hard copy of my SBI card account statment. I have brought it to the notice of the custemer service centre but still I am ereciving the mobile msg only.

ON 15 JULY, 2008 AND 18 JULY, 2008 I HAVE COMPLAINT ON CUSTMOR CARE NO..THEY SAID THAT YOUR STATEMENT WILL DELIVERD WITHIN 3 OR 4 WORKING DAYS BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECIVED ANY STATMENT AND SBI GURGAON CALL CENTER CALL ME 4 OR 5 TIMES DAILY...THEY TALKED IN A VERY RUDLY LAGUAGE.. I HAVE ALL READY PAID 10, 000 RUPEES ON 4 JULY, 2008. AND THAT TIME MY MINIMUM AMOUNT WAS 5678.00 RUPEES... ACCORDING TO MY JUNE 6, 2008. BUT NOW THEY SAID A 768.50 RUPEES AMOUNT IS DUE ACCORDING TO JUNE STATEMENT BUT THIS AMOUNT NOT REFELECTING IN JUNE STATEMENT ON NET...WHY I GIVE THIS AMOUNT...PLEASE TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM AND I WILL DO NOT PAY ANY UNWANTED DUES.
I REQUEST TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS FOR PROMPT DELIVERY OF MONTHLY STATEMENT.

I am your customer since January 2007. So far I have made the following transactions using the credit card.
03.01.07 - Easy money draft Rs.13, 000
20.01.07 - Purchase of TV -Vasanth & Co Rs. 13, 700
04.11.07 - Purchase of TV -Vansanth & Co Rs. 5, 250
Total Rs. 31, 950

I am also repaying the amount on monthly installment basis regularly and I have paid a total amount of Rs. 45, 330/- till 01.08.08. I am shocked to find an amount of Rs.5480 is still shown as outstanding in 17 Jul 2008 statement. I am also seeing many other charges like Fin charges, Check pick up charges, unbankable invalid charges, debit for amt charges are added in the statement. For the last 20 months I have paid in excess on the purchase made as well as the interest amount. In view of the above, I request you Sir, to kindly look in to my case and cancel all the extra charges claimed in the bill and relieve me from the loan amount.

Ask me to submit a fresh cheque against the SBI CARD bill dated 3/8/2008 for Rs.1967.38 whereas I have already submitted a cheque no.: 508036 dated 18/8/2008 drawn on AE Market SBI, Salt Lake, Kolkata-64 as on 18th August 2008, Why should I bear the hidden charges and the late fees? Please enquire the person or collecting branch who who will collect the cheques of the AE Market SBI Brach Drop Box.

I am also not reciveing monthly statement since last month. earlier i was reciveing by post. later i opted for my mail account as postal delay. but since last two months i am not reciveing my monthly statement. some one is telephoneing from mumbai that you please pay minimum balance. our representative will come to your home or office address. so far no such person attend to my office or to my home. i think this is a big bracket by not sending monthly statement and suggesting our representative will come and collect. since 30 years i am having sbi account and since a decade i am using sbi card.
i will highly appreciate proper action to be taken for sending my monthly statement.

I have registered with SBI Catds for sending my monthly bill through e-mail. But till date I have not received neither through e-mmail nor hard copy which I used to get earlier.

I have SBI credit card. My card Number is[protected]. I am not getting monthly statement after 25th June statement. So I cannot make the payment. Now your payment section from Chennai call me and demand to make the payment. How can I make the payment without monthly statement. So Please send us statement immediately and allow me to continue SBI CARD HOLDER and waive the LATE PAYMENT FEES if you charged.
