DEAR SIR,
THE MONTHLY STATEMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED BY ME AT MY RECORDED ADDRESS IN TIME, AS WELL AS ON E-MAIL ADDRESSS, RESULTING IN NON VERIFICATION OF MONTHLY EXPENDITURE THROUGH CREDIT CARD. THE INTEREST BURDEN ARE BURDENED ON MY SHOULDER UNNECESSARILY.
I REQUEST TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS FOR PROMPT DELIVERY OF MONTHLY STATEMENT. IN CASE NON DELIVERY OF E-STATEMENT ON THE ADDRESS GIVEN, STATEMENT MAY PLEASE BE SENT ON NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS WHICH IS AS AHEAD.I.E. [protected]@GMAIL.COM. THANKING YOU.

I have not received monthly statements promptly.
I have not received so far for the months of November and December 2008.
But you are intimate over phone and enquiries about payments and due dates were promptly.
you are the people must aware of sending statements promptly.

Dear Sir,

I had applied for the platinum card of SBI in the month of July'08. Till date I have no information whether my details which I had provided for making the card has been processed. I had recd a sms on my mobile mentioning about my application no. which was[protected] and this was under process. This was in Sept.'08. Till date I have no intimation whether I am rejected or my card is made.I am regularly getting sms's regarding the scheme etc on my mobile. A bank of such repute cannot do like this to a customer. If it is rejected the bank should send an sms saying that the letter has been rejected etc. I am wondering whether I will get the card or will I have to apply again. Kindly look into this and reply

I am not recieving my monthly statement on time resulting in heavy burden of interest, therefore I request you to go throuh it and ensure me that I will get my statement on time.

THE MONTHLY STATEMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED BY ME AT MY RECORDED ADDRESS BEFORE DUE DATE SINCE 4 MONTH. RESULTING IN NON VERIFICATION OF MONTHLY EXPENDITURE THROUGH CREDIT CARD. THE INTEREST BURDEN ARE BURDENED ON MY SHOULDER UNNECESSARILY.
BECAUSE OF DELAY RECEIVING STATEMENT, I CAN NOT PAID MINIMUM AMOUNT IN TIME. THAT'S WAY YOU ARE CHARGES MORE INTEREST, LATE FINE AND OVERDUE CHARGES.
BEFORE 2 MONTH, I WAS PAID MINIMUM AMOUNT IN DUE PERIOD, SO I HAVE NO OVERDUE.
I REQUEST FOR STATEMENT AND FOR LATE FINE TO YOUR CALLER EXECUTIVE EVERY MONTH WHEN THEY ARE CALL FOR PAYMENT. I PAID THE SAME AS PER YOUR CALLER EXECUTIVE WHENEVER THEY ARE TOLD ME.
I CAN NOT PAID FOR 2 BILLING PERIOD DUE TO ABOVE REASONS.
SO PLEASE, IF YOU ARE RELEASE / DEDUCT THE EXTRA CHARGES [LATE FINE, OVERDUE CHARGE] FOR 3 BILLING PERIOD IN MY CARD, THEN I WILL CONTINUE PAID THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT BEFORE DUE TIME.
FURTHER I REQUEST TO YOU, PLEASE AVOIDE THE EXTRA CHARGES FOR 3 BILLING PERIOD AS PER YOUR BEST SIMPATHY.

I AM THE HOLDER OF LAST 3 YEARS(CARD NO [protected]) PROBLEM.tILL TODAY I AM NOT RECEIVING MONTHELY STSTEMENT FROM PAST SIX MONTS WHEN I HAD GIVEN THE REQUEST TO THE COUSTOMER CARE THEN THEY WAS SAYING THAT WE HAD SENT YOU IT THE GIVEN ADDRESS.ALSO THEY HAD GIVEN ME A PROTECT INSURANCE .BUT TILL TODAY I HAD NOT RECIVED THE WELCOME KIT OF THE INSURANCE AS WELL AS THE MY POLICY DETAILS AND THEY HAD CAHGRED THE MONTHLY CHARGES EACH AND EVERY MONTH . ABOVE POLICY WAS ISSUED IN LAST 8 MONTHS BACK & SO MANY TIMES I HAD GIVEN THE REQUEST TO DESPATCH THE POLICY KIT BUT TILL DATE I DIDN'T RECIVED THE SAME,

IN LAST JAN09 I HAD MADE THE PAYMENT OF 30054/- THRU MY THE CHEQUE AND AT THE PAYMENT TIME THE PERSON IN THE CALL CENTRE OF SBI GIVEN THE PROMISE FOR THE RIVERSAL OF ALL OF ALL INTREST AND LATE FEE ETC. RESULTING IN NON VERIFICATION OF MONTHLY EXPENDITURE THROUGH CREDIT CARD. THE INTEREST BURDEN ARE BURDENED ON MY SHOULDER UNNECESSARILY.

IF FEB MONTH WHEN I RECVED THE STATMENT I WAS SHOCKED THAT I HAD NEVER PURCHASED ANY THING AND IN THE MONTH OF JAN I HAD MADE ALL THE DUES THEN HOW CAN BANK WILL CHARGE THE LAST BALANCE OF 7000/- AND ABOVE, THEN I MAKE A CALL TO SBI BUT I DIDN'T RECIVED THE FAVORABLE REPLY. AFTER THAT I HAD DECIDED TO NOT MAKE THE PAYMENT.

AT LAST TODAY ON 2 APR I RECIVDE THE CALL THAT PLEASE MAKE THE PAYMENT AND WE'LL GIVE YOU THE REVIRSEL IN THE NEXT MONTH. BUT HOW CAN I FAITH TO THEM BECOZ THE SAME WORD I HEARD FROM LAST 6 MONTHS.



I REQUEST TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS FOR THE REVERSALS OTHER WISE I;LL NOT MAKE THE PAYMENTS. THATS MY LAST STEP.

SIR.

I Shri. Sabhajit Yadav, S/o.Ramyash yadav, R/o.0/3, c-27, Palm Beach Apartment, Palm Beach Road, Sector-4, Nerul, Navi Mumbai - 400706, Working as an Chief Engineering in Merchant Navy, would like to put before you the following few lines for your kind consideration and immediate action:-

1. I am a Credit Card Holder of your bank bearing No. [protected] .

2. I wide my email to the bank dated 6 th june 2008has intimated that the bank has wrongly deducted an amount of Rs._145000.00__ as emi from my credit card and had also requested them to stop further deduction of any such emi and also arrange the refund of the deducted amount back to my account.

3. I had also raised the dispute of the said transaction which were done through my credit card without my consent the details of the said disputed transaction is given here in below.

4. Further to make my case clear I had officially declared that I have never authorized anybody to withdraw any amount from my credit card.

5. Though your bank says that I have signed some member ship form for an CUNTORY CLUB MEMBERSHIP which I had denied as I have never signed any such form for any membership of said club .


6. I have neither authorized nor participated in the above
transaction(s). I confirm that the card is still in my possession
7. I once again denay that I am not a member and had never signed or authoritsed any body to withdraw from my card for any membership.

8. I have come to know that you have an Partnership/tie-up with the country club and hence I feel that the present unauthentically withdrawls from my card is done to full fill your targets.

9. The non co operative and time killing tendency shown by your official AND BANK

10. I also wish to bring to your notice the contradictory communication being done by the customer care by saying that they have not received my complain letter and want to close the matter.

11. Hence wide this letter I wish to intimate you that if the said amount is not credited to my account with in 7 days time I will be free to approach the competent court of law for seeking justice the consequences which you may please note.
