Whirlpool — defective product delivery

Dear Sir/Mam
I purchased two items of whirlpool freeze and washing machine at the time of festival Diwali 2011.When i got delivery at home refrigerator was defected as handle scratched and other also.I call log for service with the help of shopkeeper,engineer come to see and say i again come to repair but till date engineer d'nt come back.I got service message on my registered no [protected] as satisfaction code is 161 SR no. JP[protected].
I complain two times on this email homecareconsumercell@whirlpool.com of whirlpool company but i d'nt got any response.
Please provide service as early as possible.

i bought one microwave from lotus bhopal on 10/10/2010 but that product is not working properly as there is problem of pcb from very first day of purchase , company demonstrator is not aware of product demo & twice i have complained in indore customer care department & twice in lotus but till date no action is taken , kindly help to get product replacement .
