whirlpool after sales service, very very...worst in chennai and surroundings also, i bought a washing mashing(splash model) 4 months back, i got manufacturing defect in that washing machine, they forget to tighitend the screw inside the balancer ring, am contionously following with Whirpool service engineers but they said its a new model and it has to come from factory, already 2 months gone still i dint get any solution from them.

Be Aware...Whirlpool No.:1 Fraud company...

Whirlpool Refrigerator — poor response

I had purchased a new double door refrigrator of whirlpool and after 3 months i faced a problem with my old one and regisreterd a complaint and a engineervisit us and replaced a part and charged Rs 2000 and also adviced us that our new refrigrator has gas lekeage when we complained for that no action has taken so far and now our old refrigrator has again same problem but now they are refusing to change as saying that it is out of warranty afetr 5 months onle i ahd even tried to contact their corporate office in gurgaon but no action taken so far it has been 02 months now terrible service

I HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAINT BEFORE THREE MONTHS FOR CHECKING OF MY DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR WHICH WAS FACING SOME ERROR AND FLICKERING OF LIGHTS . THE PERSON NAMED MR JIGNESH (MOBILE NO. [protected]) VISITED AND REPLACED RELAY FOR APPROX 3500 RS AND INSTALLATION CHARGE AND TOLD ME THAT IT WILL NOT REPEAT AND PROBLEM IS SOLVED

BUT FROM NEXT DAY IT STARTED AGAIN AND I KEPT ON COMPLAINING FOR CHECKING , REPAIRING AND SOLVING THE PROBLEM. BUT NO ONE TURNED UP AND EVERYTIME THEY CANCEL MY COMPLAIN WITHOUT TAKING MY SATISFACTION CODE WHICH HAS TO BE GIVEN AFTER COMPLETION OF PENDING COMPLAINT TO KEEP THEIR CREDIT CLEAR IN COMPANY BOOKS.

TILL TODAY S DATE I HAVE MADE SEVERAL TIME COMPLAINT BUT STILL IT IS PENDING AND THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK NOR SOLVING MY PROBLEM. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP ME OUT TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS NO BODY IS INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE PROBLEM . Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would sorry to inform you that I am very very upset by Whirlpool service.

I have brought a Washing Machine of whirlpool and after two years got into a maintenance contract with your Whirlpool Home Care Plan on 07.12.2008 for 36 months which expires on 06.12.2011.

Recently my Washing Machine was not working so I logged my complain with your customer care call centre on 08.07.2011 and got complain id KL[protected]. The very next day their service engineer came and worked on the machine and said the fault is rectified but unfortunately the fault remained the same. So I complained again on 11.07.2011 with complain id KL[protected].

After 11.07.2011 I have continuously following up with their customer care to rectify my washing machine but no body turned up to repair my machine till today.

I am very much disappointed with their service support.

I need my washing machine to be repaired immediately .

My complaint for RO has been registered on 09 Aug 2011 vide comp No DL[protected] they have given a SMS that your complaint will be attended by Mr Rajender singh Mehta service Engineer But three days has been passed and I have been lodged complaint four times by dailling toll free No but No result found they say your complaint has been lodged as an urgent basis our service engineer will attend you very soon. I don't when he will be attended though it has been passed tree days.

In the above connection I am very sorry to say that you have not even acknowledged my email dated[protected].

I again reiterate my grievances expecting your immediate action.
My Refrigerator is not working since[protected]. I made complaint under No KL [protected] .Your mechanic came on[protected] and he said electric control part and another part were damaged and he would repair my fridge only on receiving the new parts from Stores. I was then told that parts are not available in Calcutta. I wonder why the parts are not in your stores in Calcutta. How much time it will take to reach parts at Calcutta !
Since then I have been desperately requesting your Mr Amit Das and Mr Pradip Singh at Calcutta to arrange to repair my fridge. They always give stereotype answer that parts are not available in your Calcutta Stores so my fridge cannot be repaired. I do not know whether they have made requisition for spares at all. Because it should not take more than 48 hours to get parts from your any supply location in India. Besides I do not believe that your company does not maintain adequate spares for machines which you have covered under your AMC. My fridge is covered under your AMC for 4 years from 28-Apr-2008 to 27-Apr-2012, vide your letter No HG 07020182.
You might be aware that foods are scares and costly now a days. As you are not repairing my fridge, foods of my family is rotten everyday

Please arrange to repair my fridge without any more delay .

Kindly acknowledge and inform me what action you are taking to repair my fridge.

Whirlpool Mastermind AC — Worst customer care support

I have a Whirpool Mastermind ac spent about 33000+ on its purchase along with additional warranty support. Now after 1 year there is some problem with the AC. I made the complaint on 10th Sept 2011and till now there has been proper information from them.

I am the one who needs to call them everytime and I have never seen such arrogant customercare people. Once they even cancelled my call saying there seems to be some disturbance on the call.

I managed once to speak to the escalation dept. (someone name Mitali) and through which I was able to speak to Service center person and he promised that he will have it resolved anyhow by 26th Sept 2011 but then afterwards there was no reply from him.

The service so poor that when I first made the call I came to know that they had 3 a/c registered against my name of the same brand, how stupid?

This is so frustrating as I am the one who is always calling without any reply from them. I recommend that don't go for whirpool as it has the worst customer care support and you will suffer more.

And what an irony these stupid people are celebrating their 100 years

Whirlpool — No action about repairing component by Engineers

I have whirlphool whitemagic 123 650d 6th sence which is dead and i called to service centre but the problem have not gone or Engineer had not come to solving the problem...
i have suffer from w.machine problem from one month but enginer will not come to solve the problem........

I have a washing machine and when it broke down i filed a complaint with the toll free number... i had paid Rs. 2300-00 as AMC for one year. The service people came and checked the machine and reported that the panel board is damaged and has to be replaced. This happened 5 days back. They said that whirlpool has collected money from me but has not entered in their computer and hence service cannot be done... this seems to be same as the many money cheating companies.
I am still running around these people to get my washing machine rectified.
I am requesting all whirlpool customers and new customers not to buy the whirlpool products unless u have time to run around them to make them act.

I have raised a complaint 3 times through your call center. I still dont have a problem. The service manager came to our house and says there is no spare part available for the panel. The machine is about 5-6 years ago. The service engineer is asking me to change the machine. I am surprised at the recommendation from the service engineer. Can someone look into this?

I totally agree with one of the above comments that Whirlpool after sales services doesn't even exist.I have been complaining about my faulty microwave repeatedly from past 1 month but still waiting for the same to be fxed by there engineer on visit.Zero customer orientation and commitment.

Whirlpool — no service after many complaints

I brought a whirlpool Ro purifier on 30 sept 2011. Sudennly it stopped working nearly one and a half month ago .I put a complaint with the whirlpool Faridabad branch and they provided me with the complaint no.GB[protected]. An engineer made a visit and said that some part is to be changed and promised to repir it on the other day. After that I have been calling him and he said that company is not providing the part . Then after being fed up of reply I again called the customer care no. It gave me another complaint no. GB[protected] and said that It would be taken care of in An hour but .the hour has passed so is aweek nearly And still there is no service .I request you to help me out .I am fed up of their replies. my adress is 150,gaja paisa ,mathura & my contact no. is [protected].

Whirlpool Refrigerator — No service after 3 months of registering complaint

I own a Refrigerator/Fridge which gone bad on 2nd of February. On 3rd of February I registered a complaint (KL[protected]) in Whirlpool service Centre paying the required service charge. Till date none even bothered to update whether they will be able to repair the fridge. Three months over I have called the Whirlpool care thrice. Till date it is lying dead. Surprising none even bothered to send an email or call me to update.
