Whirlpool — Poor Response and Service from Whirlpool

I bought a Whirlpool white magic washing machine 2 years ago and got an issue. So Raised a request with whirlpool and service agent told need to replace the Tub. He told he will call me next day morning and after that there was no call from anyone. I called customer care and came to know that it was assigned to one engineer and some other engineer visited our house.

I called both the engineers and there was no responce from them

The for next 2 weeks I made multiple calls to the customer care, raised a complaint , contacted each and every available contact.

I have called almost every contact I got from customer care like Narsimha Rao(to whom the ticket was assigned), Santosh (Escalation Dept), Jaffer from Service Center[protected], Murthy[protected]

The final reply from Murthy and Jaffer was that they raised an Indent(didn’t give me the number or date on when it was raised) and expecting the tub on Wednesday(06th June 2012).

I need to know why there was no response from service engineer?

How and when they raised the Indent for the Part(Tub)? Why there is no intimation to me as they were saying that they have raised Indent for my service request, but without even informing me?

Is the information provided by your customer care is reliable or not? As they were saying they are escalation daily, but no response from anyone?
We have been complaining call-centre relating to our washing machine for past 2 months.
We have been given the below mention complain numbers
MB[protected], MB[protected], MB[protected].
In spite of receiving so many complain numbers, till date there is no resolution.
As per the customer care executive we cannot log a fresh complaint as the previous complaint is not resolve.

We have signed contract with the Dealer SKY ENTERPRISES on 20th march 2012 and now the Dealer and the Engineer Mr.Nilesh Yadhav is asking us to cancel the contract saying my machine was defective before signing the contract. As per my knowledge, the engineer might be knowing about all your polices, so he will not sign a contract on defective machine.

Till date I have not received any resolution on this.

Whirlpool — problem of new ac

I have purchased a whirlpool ac 1.5 ton , window on 8 july 2012 , since that day it was making noise , when ever I make a complaint they send an engineer but cant solve my problem. I am requesting them to give me the replacement. But they are making me fool everytime. Help me out from this problem.
i have a complait in patiala whirlpool service centre for washing machine at date 24.7.12.my complait no 8293.but my problems not solve till time.when the contact service centre then centre not any responsible reply.
Worst service ever recieved by a company, did not expect this from Whirlpool. A company called Kool Care Services, office: Khasra No. 2/22, A-1 Block, Sant Nagar Extn., Burari.I have been dealing directly with the owner Mr. Sharma and still no result. we have been lied to and taken money for issues which were not even there.This company which deals with your customer requests took our call as there was a problem in our washing machine: the machine was not completing the full cycle...on 9th August we raised in issue, the engineer came and took our machine saying some parts need to be changed. we payed Rs 3, 545 and received the machine back with a broken lid, which was changed after a couple of days. but, the machine problem had not resolved till then. then i called the owner(Mr. Sharma) who was not happy to agree with us and used bad language towards me. Later, he sent another engineer who said there is some other problem, so that means the money we paid for the parts was unnecessary. He said that the problem is now resolved so he left confirming to Mr Sharma that it is all done. Same evening we told him that we need you double check but he didn't show up for two days and then when he ansered our called said that he will have to take the machine away to check it thoroughly..that means they hadn't done that in the previous visits and even when they had take the machine beofore, nevertheless, I said, ok, take it but get the problem fixed this time but ever since that the machine hasn't come to us and its been over two weeks. I contacted Mr. Sharma, the owner again (3 days back) who said you will have your machine back by today(fixed) at my house. When I called him today, he couldn't even recall my name or the problem we had been going through. I am fedup of this juggling about, even though I have bought alot of whirlpool products, now I feel I made a mistake and shound't have bought any of your products when the after sale service is rubbish. I would like my machine back fixed or not with the money(Rs3, 545) which was charged unnecessarily.

Respected Sir /Madam,

I am taking this extreme step to complaint because of poor service from whirlpool customer care and RUDE reply given by the service personnel.
We actually lodged a complaint to our customer care as we faced problem with entry of Inlet water in our washing machine. The service person examined it and told that the problem is with inlet filter and it is machine accessories and it does not come in guarantee . But when we got this filter we were informed that the filter will work properly for 5 years. When we asked a query regarding this, the person reply was in very rude and uncultured manner stating that, " what can i do if your filter doesn't work for 5 years ? ". The person did examine the inlet valve and told that inlet valve is 50% perfect and we can change that only when it fully worn out even though it comes under guarantee period . So, my complaint regarding this is how can the person confirm that the problem is with the filter and not with the inlet valve. Why can't the inlet valve be the problem from inlet water entry . When we interrogated this the service person was very rude and asked us to complaint if we are not satisfied. He also did some alterations in our machine in such a way that water will flow inside machine even in switch OFF condition. He also forced us to give the secret customer satisfaction code but we did not give.We also got a message from customer care stating that our complaint is closed without rectifying the problem . The person just got a sign in complaint receipt and just ran away without giving a copy of it to us. If this is the quality of service in whirl pool during guarantee period, what will be the quality after that. I am extremely dejected with these kind of service from whirlpool . I sincerely make this complaint because some actions will be taken against these kind of service persons so that the quality of whirlpool is at a safe point, by satisfying the customer .

Subject: illiterate, abusive, irresponsible and urgent behaviour of Whirlpool customer care and its agency Sri Saisaran Service . Issue of Refrigerator not resolved ticket number 26580 & 10340.

I am totally dissatisfied by the irresponsible behaviour of Whirlpool employees. The disconnect my call whenever I call them to log complaint about my long pending Refrigerator issue (Since 7th May 2013). In addition to that the escalation manager is such irresponsible and doesn't want to take ownership of issues, instead he simple asks the agent to say that he is busy in meeting and disconnect the call. I tried about 5 times out of which he picked the first time and rest of 4 times he false commits via agent that he will give a cal with in 1 hour. His name is Parthasarathy. The irresposible agents who where just passing time by giving a false commitments were Ram, Arif, Ganesh, Moorthy and sivakumar. These guyz always disconnected when I give a call. Is this the service provided by the Whirlpool and its agency Sri Saisaran Service (Medavakkam) Ph.No:[protected].
I have fridge issue since May 7th. The Sri Saisaran Service guy (Subramaniam) came and he troubleshooted the fridge and said that the Compressor is fine there is issue with GAS block. After doing something he said the issue is resolved and tricked us to give the satisfaction code. They closed the ticket with that code without our knowledge. The Issue was still there. I called the service center many times and they came again Subramaniam (Technician) and Balasubramaniam (SPOC for escalation). Balasubramnian told that he will make sure the issue will be resolved and I can call him directly. This time the technician said that there is issue with compressor. The technician doesn't even know to troubleshoot he told that the compressor is good and later he says the compressor is bad. I am sure he did something and tampered the compressor. When I call Balasubramaniam as he told me to call directly, he speaks rudely and says that he won't do anything and I have to call his office Sri Saisaran Service.
Since the old ticket was closed by cheating us. I thought creating new ticket will resolve the issue and I strictly told the customer care not to close the ticket until I say. This ticket was raised on 15th May 2013 and without my knowledge it was closed on 18th May 2013.
Such an irresponsible customer care and cheating service agencies Whirlpool has. When I call Sri Saisaran Service, Vijay picks the call and says that the complaint will be opened only for 3 days and if the issue is resolved or not it will be closed. Such a false commitment and cheats Whirlpool and its agencies has.
I called on 20th and ordered new compressor and it's been a week now, still it hasn't arrived. I was calling the agency daily about the compressor and they were repeatedly giving false commitments that the it will come next day. When I called customer care to escalate this irresponsible and rude behaviour of Agency. I was surprised to hear that the new ticket was also closed stating that "Customer refused to pay" on 18th May 2013. It didn't had any update stating that I called on 20th May 2013 and ordered new compressor.
Just to save their SLA(Service Level Agreement) between Customer care and Agencies. They take customer for a toss and close the tickets without resolving their issues. They don't even bother to understand the feelings and frustration of customer. Such a pathetic service is provided by Whirlpool and its agency Sri Saisaran Service.
If I say I will escalate since the issue is not resolved, both the Customer care and the Agency starts to speak rudely as if no one will ask or question them, for their rude and irresponsible behaviour. I believe We the customer pay them and they are suppose to understand the customer feelings and have to resolve their issues rather than hurting their feelings and playing around with the customer.
I may be rude in my email because I have gone through such an harassment for a month now. I don't have any hope from whirlpool (its service and its agencies).
I strongly recommend my friends, colleagues, neighbours, relatives and others not to encourage the Whirlpool business by purchasing their products. I have raised this complaint in consumer complaints, Mouthshut and other grievance websites.

Recurring problem with Whirlpool Split AC

One year back 20th March 2013 we purchased a Whirlpool AC 3D cool 1.5 Ton 3X Silver from Dass Electronics H-11, Kalkaji, New Delhi - 1100019. Bill No. 021802 and the Model no is 13546 & Serial no. is CNA1210041.

Ever since we purchased it, the unit is giving problem. Last year within one month of purchasing both the capacitors burnt out. They were replaced without cost as it was under warranty that time.This year immediately after warranty period over it was again not cooling and your authorized Service Centre charged Rs.2, 525/- for gas leakage and servicing ( Receipt no 5005) dated 13.04.2014. Now, after 20 days again it stopped working this time the compressor is not starting at all. Where as, we have another split AC of another company 4 yrs old and nothing happened to it yet. Don't you think this product of yours is sub-standard. Please take immediate action otherwise I will put my complaint in social media so that let people know how you are cheating customers by giving sub-standard product.

Very poor service. They are not in prompt. Though many times raised the complaint they not even bothering and ignoring. Service is not provided genuinly. Though my washing machine guarantee is got over it was working in very good condion. but they se4nt non profeesional person he hitted the machine with the hammer without my knowledge it became full jamed and damaged. The person will give the loss for that..Why the service is providing by non profeesion.

Dear Sir,
We had purchased a magicook microwave 3 years back. I made a complain no. KOL[protected] on 03/06/2020.
The Technician visited my home on 10/06/2020 and after checking he said microwave PCB no output, PCB will be replaced by new one.I have paid the service charge Rs.413(including GST) but he did not provide any invoice for service charges(I take a snap of job sheet ).
After 5 days i.e 15/06/2020 when I connected to customer care I was shocked, my complain was closed without replaced the defective parts.
Then I made another complain no.KOL[protected] on 15/06/2020.Till now (27/08/2020) my problem is not solve.
I have made call too many times to customer care and service centre(All call recordings keep in my mobile)but both of them provide wrong information. They said wait for sometimes.But they did not provide correct information and my problem is pending till now.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I will tell to everyone knowns to unknowns, Consumer Forum to Social Media PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS OF WHIRLPOOL.
And please shutdown your so-called customer care and helpdesk centre.

Worst service, we bought a fridge one year one month before so soon the fridge stopped working
As I called customer care they are telling there is only one year warranty what kind of electrical appliance is this
It won't last for more than one year
And technician came and told it costs around 5500 for replacing fan and filling gas why is it so cost I don't know

I brought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Croma on 14 August... Now some irritating sound is coming from it... And Whirlpool technician also told to replace it... And they are not ready to replace it and not responding also... Very very bad experience with Whirlpool service... Don't buy any Whirlpool product... Now we r suffering very badly...
