[Resolved] Whirlpool India — poor response of customer care and service center

i have a whirlpool refrigerator, purchesed fro value plus retai p.ltd.lucknow on 8th april 2011.bill no 1148 and model-F300 delux proton black. i have problem in my refrigerator about low cooling. i ragister my complaint to whirlpool custumer care no. complaint no is lko[protected] on 8th april2012. after this mr moin khan visited to my home and see problem ,than he told me faneis not working and he told too many ice is deposeted in side we repair after melting of ice . he suggested me to cut power for 12 hr than i will come and repair.but he dose not returan and not give any information t about repair. than give four reminder to custumer care center. i do not recieve any responce from company till now. k. singh c-76 sarswatipuram,60 feet road ,near attal chowk jankipuram ext lko.m.no.[protected]

I have taken a two year contract for my whirlpool 1.5 Ton A.C. from your Kolkata office. However I am not getting proper service from them. My A.C. broke down frequently but they repaired it on temporarily basis.I think there is major fault in my A.C. and in order to save money they are repairing it on temporary basis and waiting for my contract which is going to be expired on September, 2012. I am a senior citizen and unable to bear such heat and humidity . I made a service call on 08.06.2012, however in spite of providing service in next 24 hours no one came to my house till date. Every time I call them they said that a mechanic will go today. You are therefore requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
