DEAR SIR, MY NAME IS ALKA RASTOGI AND I HAD PURCHASED A WHIRLPOOL MICROWAVE IN NOV 2007. MY OVEN IS STILL IN WARRANTY PERIOD AND ON 6TH MAY 08 I REGISTERED A COMPLAIN WITH WHIRLPOOL CUS CARE THAT MY MICROWAVE IS NOT WORKING AND NEXT DAY WHEN THE ENGINNER VISITED AT MY PLACE HE TOLD ME THAT ITS TRANSFERMER IS DAMAGED AND WE WILL REPLACE IT AS SOON AS THE PART IS AVAILABLE WITH US AND NOW TODAY IS 3 JUNE 08 AND STILL I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM, I CALLED SO MANY TIMES IN CUS CARE AND WHEN I ASKED THEM TO TRANSFER MY CALL TO UR SENIOR THEY SIMPLY ASKED ME THAT SENIOR IS NOT AVAILABLE OR HE IS BUSY WITH SOME OTHER CUS AND WE WILL ARRANGE U A CALL BACK BUT I NEVER GET ANY CALL BACK I AM VERY MUCH UPSET WITH WHIRLPOOL, SO PLZ HELP ME IN THIS MATTER, I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO U.
