we have taken the wi5 connection on 26/10/2010 for a period of six months for Rs:3304 Sl.No.18679
CAF/User ID CS15686 . since fron the date only ten days he has provided the service properly and then on wards he has not provided the services. after complaining for a lot of times he has attened and the problem was not solved . again then we have complained in mysore aslo , then also prombelm was not solved , after that we have sent a mial and then written complaints there is no replay at all . now if we asked for the agent who has given us he is telling that we we r not at all concered to this if want any thing you just ask customer care , sir if this is the condition then why they are suppling these products just to frod people . so please clarify these matter and do the needful.

I have similar experience with this company.
I would like to inform you that Wi5 company has been providing me horrible service for the last 3 months. I am a subscriber from Goa having 1Mbps connection but they are providing of not even 256Kbps. Please see the attachment if you think this is untrue.
After numerous calls to their call centre and local office (all who cannot even speak proper English including members of their technical team). Sometimes even their[protected] number doesn’t work nor people at the local office pick up the phone during working hours. All their staff are very rude and do not provide their names, they act like uneducated people who are doing the customer a huge favour. This company is spoiling the name of Chennai.
