Wi5 — i have been trying to contact the customer care but none is properly responding

hi sir i am dr.thanga prasaath from krishnagiri...... i have complaining about my internet speed to the company for the past five days.... but still my issue has not been resolved..... whenever i am trying to call the customer care they r holding my call for more than half an hour..... kindly take proper action against the company and resolve the issue as soon as possible.... my wi5 internet id number is AT84214
