Respected Sir/Madam,
Here is Navjot Singh from Kharar( Mohali ), having an internet connection with internet id:- (NT59418 ) from last 1.5 months having a pack of 3 months. I have already paid an amount of Rs.3010/- for the internet connection. Daily I am facing the lot of problem with this internet connection. Daily I have to call the concerned persons of wi5 . These peoples come to mine office and do some technical changes but just after a short time again I face same problems. I have about 10 employees work with me. Mine daily work suffer a lot because of very bad internet connection . As far as the technical team is concerned no one is trained people. All just do the minor changes that even I do on self. The people are not worry about the good solution.Always they told me that server is down,bandwidth is bad, problem from upper level. Its ok problem occurs but not daily I know, I do not know why you people open this company. I think you must close this company if you not able to recruit people who are good , the people recruit by your company just work like a sarkari ( govt.) employee. I also had a talk with the Tarun ( Regional Head) ( Punjab) . He also promises me that now onwards I will get good service but again I am facing lot of problem . If you have any tension about your business you can call to Tarun/ other concered people and just ask them how much I face problems they told you . I have a office in mine showroom. I even told the wi5 people that if you not able to solve mine internet connection problem, you can install Tower on mine showroom. But not a positive revert from your peoples. I think you people not worry about the market value of your company. Please do some needful things or I have to take some legal action against your company. I think your company is fraud you not even provide any main branch office address , no direct landline connection at chennai. All are fraud from scrach to upper level.I you have any query you can call me any time at mine mobile numbers.
Well I am telling you am not expecting any call from your side because I know you have lot of mails/phone calls with you like these mails. You already got a amount from clients why you worry about to call us. I am sorry I never this type of bad connection in mine whole life. You please open some other work because this work not according to your employees.
