[Resolved]  Wi5 — login problem

dear sir, i have taking connection with your wi5 on14.09,2011 with unlimited plan with very good service from your side. but now oct.2012 onwards i have troble with your wi5, that is i have not able to connect to income tax website, when i login that particulars website, on that website shows your session has been expaired. I talk with your technicions and customer care so may time,but they have not given valid reason, after so many phone calls,they given sugestion that, i have to pay rs.2,500.00 yearly for that particular website for configure charges. why i am pay that much amount, i can't understand,please tell me, if it is poosible to you you can give good service, otherwise you can letme goout from yours connection.(not able connect website name is www.efilingincometaxindia.gov.in)
