same thing for me. i placed 6 orders before 31st dec 08 and till date have not received any conformation/reply to my 8-10 follow up emails about my orders neither have rrcvd the items. they do not reply/ dont have contact ph no. This is really pathetic...
These are just a buch of crooks. They do not have even courtesy to respond to emails on time. I sent a gift worth 1000 INR and it did not reach on time. They said there was a problem with the address which I believed was not. And all my money has been swallowed!!

I too have had a very bad experience with window2india.com..I had ordered an online gift voucher and asked them to deliver on a occassion 15 days in advance.They failed to deliver on the occassion and after writing them a few emails, they told they had run out of stock and would send the gift in 2 working days.Now it is almost a month and they have not delivered the gift and neither have they refunded the amount back to my bank account.Also they have stopped responding to my emails.They have no contact numbers mentioned on the website.mails.
It is one of the worst online gift portal i have ever seen..All those of thinking of ordering online gifts from window2india.com, please think ten times..They are bigtime frauds..
Hard to beleive that they are part of the Times Group!!!...

Quite a same experience!...They really have a very poor customer service, and incredibly slow response. Keep always telling that "We have forwarded your email to concerned dept."They really test the patience.

Mr. [protected]@Window2India, this is really hopeless. You are running a sevice proider websie and you dont furnish any contact number where customers can contact in case of any grievances.
Nobody is interested in visiting your office address.
On your homepage you show an offer of Rs.500/ to ICICI netbanking customers but dont acccept the gift code while proceeding for the payment. It seems your only purpose is to grab people's hard earned money. If you are running a serious business you are challenged to come up transparently.

I agree with all comments, there are many "negatives". I experienced that their services are not at par to business standards. I'm disappointed completely!
Gift not delivered on time. My family complained about quality and quantity of mangoes they received. You need continuous follow up. You may not get response on complaints which clearly indicates their seriousness and committment towards customer service.

oh these window2india people are no doubt bull shi. i have shopped from them for more than 50000 and paid the amount my credit card, my net banking account and also vouchetr but they are such cheap people that they are not sending any products. the only one and only one method to teach them is filing a consumer court case against the times group.

s w2i is a cheating companey i have ordered 6 items i redemted onley zapak vouchers my orders r success full but i didnt get aney gifts from w2i it is a froad from zapak and w2i dont give aney money 2 w2i and tell it 2 meney as possiable persons not to pay aney money with credit cards

i had shopped atleast 35 products from window2india.com.in which i had paid through credit cards insome i had used my gift vouchers which i had won from zapak.com.but till now after 5 months i had received only 5 products.i had emailed them at [protected]@window2india.com atlests 45 times, for my rest of the products, but till date neither they have responded to my mail nor they had send my products to me nor they had refunded my money.i had call 30989600 which is the no. of times of money, which is the partner of window2india and whose address is mention on the website of window 2india many times but there is no response.they r only telling that we will look after this.this site and all the people related to this company are fraud and .we all should take a legal actions aganist them.
I got a coupon from remit2india of INR 500. i placed an order and paid INR 85 on top of it as part of service tax. The order was a new year gift to one of loved ones. The order was abruptly cancelled without any information and till date i have written 6 emails to them with only one response stating we have forwarded to case to concerned department.
