My order ID is 100001****. Its been months, W2I Never delivered the product nor got any refund. This company is an outrage to online trading community. So. whats the solution?
I had shopped gift voucher for my hubby for this valentine's day which i paid through my debit card. But still now its not delivered to him. I had send lot of mails regarding this issue. But no response from them. No contact numbers also mentioned in the website. Please take legal actions against this company

Same experience that all others have mentioned here.
1. No phone number to contact. Tried [protected], but not reachable.
2. No benefits from complaints raised. Just a generic reply.
3. Website is not efficient enough to keep customers updated on the clear status of their orders.
4. When requested for help, Remit2India relationship manager was also helpless.
5. Not at all happy and would never recommend to anyone else. Infact would warn others so that they avoid going through the pains that I am going through.

Yes . These people are lazy. Please don't send anything through Window2india
I have placed 2 orders with remit2india in the month of jan 2010 and have scheduled to be delivered some time in april, also gave interim reminders to check if the order is complete or not, never was able to receive any status except a standard system generated message, now my delivery date has been approached and no courtesy information or staus update, no response for the e-mails that were sent to check the status.
It really making frustrating when we dont get service for the amt paid,
Never ever recommend to any one to use window2india.. It really tests our patience levels.

I also got a coupon code after to redeem from window2india but it didn't work. The site is just pathetic and window2india has not improved for years. this is the second time i got the coupon and i am facing problems. [protected]@yahoo.com
I ordered a product and paid for it...Its been more than a month the product is not delivered and as I inquired with a lot of emails they told me that the product is delivered though it is not ever delivered.
Window2india is a fake service site...I think they only take money not to deliver anything ever to anyone...I strongly recommend not to all a prey to this site even if they give free promo codes and all...coz their main aim is to fool people and cheating people with money and not delivering anything ...
