[Resolved] Wipro Ex330+ Dx Dot Matrix Printer — Warranty | |
We are using a Wipro EX330+ DX Dot Matrix Printer bearing Sl.No.8A065593 having paper sensor problem. Which is purchased from M/s.Value Point systems Ltd., Chennai. We informed to the above said supplier . The Supplier arranged to attend the break down by M/s.Roopa Computers, Tirunelveli who are the Wipro Dealer of our City . Their Official attended the printer and told that the sensor may be replaced with new one and the cost Rs.200 to be paid to them. Hence, we wish to know that the above said spare is covered with warranty or not. Thanking You Was this information helpful? | |

We have prchased 100 HCL PCs vide supply order no[protected]H0835217 and invoice sr no 0073257 dated 29-Sep-2008. Supplied by HCL infosys ltd Udhanpur Singh Nagar, Uttaranchal.
One PCs got faulty on dfate 9-Nov-2009 . we have lonch complaint at Toll free HCL vide complaint No 16678420 but till date non of the engineer has attended the complaint . All PCs are supplied through DGS&D and are 3 yesr warranty.
Besides this complaint this firm has supplied 24 Dot Matrix printers four of them are down from m ore then 2 months, have printer head faulty. one of complaint no is 1666961. these were also under warranty at the time of fault. till date no solution has been provided.
