Wipro Ltd — Delayed consignment

I had booked a consignment from Greater Noida to Silchar on 2nd of Jan 2010, but to my surprise the consignment is being shown as 'in transit' from 4th Jan till date. The Silchar DTDC team had confirmed that the consignment would be delivered on 5th Jan but no updates till date.
At the time of booking the consignment, I was being assured that the delivery will take place on 5th but it was not done even today.
